      @@marcosmendoza5235 No, that's completely false. After he choked P.J. Carlesimo in Golden State he got suspended for the remainder of the year and was traded to the Knicks. In 1999, the lockout shortened season, the Knicks became the 1st 8th seeded team to make it to the NBA finals where they lost to the San Antonio Spurs. He played for the Knicks a few years and then was traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves where he had his famous quote when turning down an offer of $21 million for three years saying "I have a family to feed..."
      He ended up not playing again since he didn't want to take a pay cut and wanted to wait for a title contender that would pay for his services. He was one hell of a player when he was on but he had a fair amount of crap going on off the court.

    7:55 Straight lame. Larry Bird would've gotten his ass kissed for talking shit after hitting a 3 like that. Double standard much?

    • @timothythomas8082
      @timothythomas8082 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That's because Bird could contain his emotions and turn them into fuel for his superior style of play. Larry Bird just had a higher basketball IQ. He didn't lose control like an angry thug from some crime plagued ghetto.
