The intensity on defense was insane back then. I forget MJ was 6’6” and played like a 6’10” beast. The fact he was so dominant in the post, as a shooting guard, as well as on the break, and took such a physical beating still astounds me.

    • @michaelnorris6168

I totally agree, and he kept coming at you. So with those and other facts, this clearly makes him with all his skill, the absolute very best ball player ever, bar none!!!!
He just keeps coming, he is the Ali of basketball.
The best, he is a machine, a piece of iron like Rocky, in Rocky IV.
Michael just keeps coming, he is different man!!!!

Imagine playing with that kind of intensity on both sides of the court without taking games out... against guys that wanted to take you out... Now Imagine a guy averaging 30 plus points per game and being All Defensive Team and even Defensive Player of the Year once... There is no way to compare anyone to his Airness Greatness. #23 🐐

MJ, was definitely, a warrior and nothing wasn't getting in his way. MJ was unstoppable!! The comprehension in the reply and comment selection is just beyond saddening. I am not here in no way to speak bad about Michael Jordan, because he is the greatest.
Firstly, Michael Jordan had an incredible work ethic. He was known for his dedication to the game and his relentless pursuit of excellence. He would spend countless hours practicing and honing his skills, always striving to be better. This level of commitment definitely played a big role in his success.
MJ had a strong mindset about the game of basketball his determination, along with his mental toughness made him great! This type of mindset enables individuals to persevere through challenges and obstacles and to maintain a positive outlook even in difficult circumstances. MJ overcame it all with persistence.
A warrior is a fighter or soldier, especially one in former times who was very brave and experienced in fighting.

He was a maniac competitor and also better than everybody. Crazy combo that hasnt been seen since. He wanted to kill you every min of every game, every night. Thats why he is the greatest of all time

@@catcountry0099 i regret not being old enough to see 80s Jordan. I was born in 80s so i only got to see 90s jordan. When i look back at his earlier days, man he was incredibly more athletic and raw. Total package. You can watch any Bulls game vs any team and you can see why he was not only a superstar but how he was levels higher than "everyone".
It's crazy watching NBA from 90s up until now with the Heat/Nuggets NBA Finals. Sooo sooo soo much difference now vs then in regards to NBA

This is when I grew up, physical basketball. Now everyone can’t be touched without a foul or crying. So sad to see, Lebron couldn’t hold Jordan’s empty gatorade cup compared to now. I can’t even watch a NBA game now because of the political crap and the new generation of wussies in the league. Jordan #1 goat then Kobe! rip Kobe!
