      Looks good, but why would you put your logo on a clients floor. Its tacky & very unprofessional for you to even go with it...unless, the client is you or your company & this is just a demo in a building you own or lease. That's why you could put the logo. I came in late to this, I'm sure you probably mentioned something in the video about the owner or tenant of the building. Good luck to you.

    I think you guys did a great job. I think the slip coat is a great idea that I am going to try myself. I appreciate that you don't let the trolls get under your skin and thank you for putting yourself out there to be judged. They should realize that when you are in a teaching situation, you may be using new materials or colors you haven't explored before with little control over the finished look. We all learn from each other and i am glad i stopped bye. I hope you continue to put your work out there for us to enjoy.

    You made it look so easy. I guess it is. I never tried it but want to some day. I'm sure there are endless possibilities to design. I would have to do more research into this now to see what I could dream up although I like a solid color for now like the standard gray but white would do too. Those shoes are a must as any other shoe you would mess up and have to toss away after. I have to wonder what cleanup there is to the tools. Some type of solvent I guess like toluene or acetone I suspect. Would want to save my tools for another future job. Thanks for the video. Not many people take the time to video tape and share with others their work.

    In your videos you talk a lot about how you'll get a overall different affect and different end result depending on the color of the base coat/color applied. Can you PLEASE do a video where you use the 3 general base colors: black, gray and white side by side shown on the same work piece and applying the same work (top)colors (maybe a small made block of concrete or kitchen counter or a piece of wood) to show us, your followers how the final outcome will vary depending on the base coat color.

    • @Garage_Kings
      @Garage_Kings  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +melanie crawford - that is a great idea - There's a ton a possible variations to create a truly one of a kind epoxy floor! In this case, there's a grey marbled base coat, cured. Then a pale yellow skim coat goes down and while still wet the main marbled colors go down. That's why you see the super subtle warm highlights in the floor. A lot of people really like this one! Thanks for commenting!

    • @Garage_Kings
      @Garage_Kings  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Great question - while we do offer installations of our signature product outside, we would never recommend using epoxy - it is not UV stable and will Amber/turn yellow and get brittle over time.

      I usualy get a Call from someone building a house or simular to fix it for them before they shal move in.

      But you guys/ladies over sea have some times realy god ides to save time and make Money at the same time. lol
