    I called these guys with questions. I never imagined someone could be so passionate about epoxy. This dude gave me so much information about how to perfectly do my floor and get the effects I want. We were on the phone for 25 mins and he put everything I need to buy in an email to me. Leggari has the best customer service of any organization I’ve ever spoken to.

    This was a great tutorial. We are thinking of doing this in our basement. Was there a step after he rolled/moved around the white to get the marbling effect? Prior to sanding it down? The floor just looks so different from when it was wet to when it dried.

    • @LeggariProducts

    I could say, a good video with very little information, it doesn't say how much time need to be waited within coats, it doesn't say how to mix the epoxy or if all the materials are ready to use, it doesn't show up the bucket to see what kind of epoxy they were using, etc,etc,etc so far it was nice to see the process, I would thanks if you can give us the information I pointed in my comment. I have a couple questions:
    What brand paint rollers do you recommend and how many will I need for the primer, first coat, highlight, and top coat?
    When did you remove the tape? Do you have to retape for the top coat?

    • @ryanwest1619
      @ryanwest1619 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The tape looks different. I’d imagine you have to wait for the epoxy to dry first before doing top coat, which means you’d have to remove tape and retape once it dries.

    I love to watch your videos of your product. The only beef I have is that not one single person explains the process of doing floors and counter tops step by step. What I mean is someone may say let it set for a while. Well how long is a while. Or not explaining how you should not let the mixture sit too long and not explain how long is too long. Also, I have mentioned that mixing too much can cause the epoxy to boil. No one explains this or mentions it. I am researching your product because I plan to do my countertop and my floor but find you have no complete tutorial video complete with detailed explanation. That would be helpful for me and I am sure many others who are thinking about doing it also. Not meant to criticize, only want a video with each and every step. It doesn't have to be long. You can speed up the process but not the narrative

    Outstanding! I was impressed how the Floor looked dried. The Video shows the Silver than Pearl White being rolled out... Than the next frame shown this Beautiful finish that looks like a "Smoked" Finish! Beautiful. I like the Blend affect with the Roller But Im going to try a Light Rag Roller in a few spots to break it up as a Faux accent.
    I am assuming the "Smoked" finish look was from the Epoxy Finish fully or almost dried. Im going to try this soon with a Image on the floor first as a Lay In accent. Once again Outstanding work!

      Our products are actually industrial coating made for military aircraft hangers, etc. So theoretically in a residential, or even commercial setting it will last forever. This is NOT a cheap epoxy paint that you will commonly find at box stores like Home Depot or sherwin Williams. It is a thick 100% solids epoxy coating.
      Thanks

    • @Plasteringprojects
      @Plasteringprojects 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Do it yourself.? Hahaha. If you have to ask ,DO NOT TRY IT.
      IT will cost you 3 X as much and you won't be happy. I been doing it for a while and it's taken hundreds of hours of studying and practising to get my finish like glass.
      And yes ,I've thrown away lots of pieces, but I specialise in unique pieces .
      Laying a floor is the easiest part of resin work. Trust me, any pro will make it look like you can do it and these know what they are doing. Get a pro...

    Do you have a drop tool, tacks, house keys and drive test video showing car tires with sharp stones in the treads? I have an epoxy floor and it stained easily and car tire treads hurt it. It passed the tool drop test as I had accidentally dropped my tools everywhere and not a scratch. I plan to reapply my color to cover up the stains and tire tread peels. Can I use your epoxy product over my existing epoxy product or must I strip my floor bare? Yeah my brand is a water based garbage.

    • @LeggariProducts
      @LeggariProducts  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes you can apply our product over an existing epoxy but you will need to prep the surface first by sanding it with 120 grit then clean really good then you can apply our epoxy over the top. Thanks

      J Alien Coldwater you vacuum first, but then you would want to wipe the floor with a lint free rag and MEK or denatured alcohol. Be sure to continually use a clean part of the rag.
