    how can you spead on floor without using spike roller in order to prevent unequal thickness????????

  • @TheChristophd
    @TheChristophd ปีที่แล้ว +2

    PSA- I contacted Legarri products to get more information on costs and materials to do this based on this video, and this was their response over email:
    "That was and old video and we do not recommend using a dirty or stone pour over on a floor because we have no support or tutorial videos for this type of application. Also another reason because you are dealing with so much epoxy and a stone pour is vary[sic] time sensitive it can flash off on you really fast which means the epoxy will heat up. We only recommend them for countertops because they are a smaller application as compared to a floor."

    • @LeggariProducts
      @LeggariProducts  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      No worries, we have spike shoes on which elevate us above the resin surface so we don’t mess up the design. When we move, the resin then fills in the small pin holes left by the spikes. 😉

    I'm doing a kitchen table dirty pour with very similar colors and color combinations. I'll prime black on MDF, then a clear epoxy coat. Was thinking the copper/aqua combo in a wide strip on the table, then a follow up with a white metallic in the middle of that. Will the isopropyl take the place of the heat gun to pop bubbles? Or should I use the heat gun?

    That's gorgeous. I'd want my entire house to look like that. What are the pros and cons of this style for and what other type of flooring would be comparable cost wise?
