Awesome video brother! Man I really need to try that Ceramic Shampoo from Ethos! Car looked fantastic for 2 weeks man! Didn't even look dirty.. I agree as well, the slickness under the wash pad is something you need to feel to believe
That's a super sharp car btw! I own a silver metallic 2010 Fusion SPORT 1st gen body style and I already use ceramic on mine but this is just purely amazing! I'll have to give this wash a try! I'm super particular about my car as its stored every winter and still looks brand new for something that's 12 yrs old.
Great update video 👍 definitely starting to believe in Graphene very impressed by it so far and we are only in the first generation of Graphene products 🔥
Brian, again great results. Water spots are a bit of a negative for ceramic coatings, this graphine is looking like it mitigates that issue. "What's next?" Technology is moving at such a rapid pace, everyone thought graphine coatings were still a few years out, and bam not only are they here, they are fairly affordable, as competition increase the prices will get better.
Looks great B, I’m definitely going to put this on the car this fall when It gets a little cooler down here in Texas, it’s just too hot to do right now. Thanks again, take care.
Brian those are some sick sunglasses. I like the red tint. Awesome on the graphine coating. Shows how amazing it can clean up and using compatible products to keep it maintained. I use the ethos ceramic soap l, ceramic refresh and defy as a topper. It’s all it needs on my ceramic coating. Have s good weekend!
Jason Davis Thanks! I had to get new lenses and these had red Oakley symbols so I just matched the lenses to them. They were just black lenses before. Yes and I will apply D3FY next time. You too brother!
Hmm, made it through the first ceramic craze wtihout applying a coating to my car, but now seeing the performance of these Graphene coatings I may have to take the plunge.
Couldn't be within the first three because I was driving to doctor's appointment. Great to see maintenance. Hopefully you can show us some mechanical tricks too.😉 Your daughter is what we can classify as a believer and a happy camper. Next time maybe she will do her own video 😉😄😄😄 She's a cute young lady, congratulations and I wish her the best in college.👩🎓 By the way, always use Defy as a topper to keep the Graphene coating I have Ethos Defy and waiting for my Ethos Graphene to put in my car as well as on another one from Adam's in another one and compare them for durability and ease of maintenance. Xoxo from Puerto Rico 👍🇵🇷
On my car now i have Turtle wax ceramic spray coat, and bugs comes off without a contact wash. Foam and presssure wash is enough, so i guess it's the same with the graphene coatings too
Brian, I just learned from Todd at Esoteric, that a manufacture's stated coating life is the max life, you will start to see deterioration at around 60% of that number. What made me think about that number is a one year coating, you'll start to see the performance drop at around 7 months. Makes sense, your brakes don't instantaneously go to nothing, they wear over time. Also I noticed you were using a pretty stout wash pad, I was unable to locate it in your store (I could have just missed it).
Ok so it's time to throw away all my Si02 products. Very impressed especially the ability it has to resist water spots. Additionally for me slickness is something I really enjoy to feel. Although I have heard the top chemist say that slickness has no affect on the effectiveness of protecting the paint. But for me slickness offers numerous advantages particularly during a wash and if course that tactile feel. What is the best product to use to remove the spray sealants but will not remove the coating?
Kyle Marx Resisting water spots is big to me also. It’s crazy slick under the wash mitt. I true coating that has cured properly should withstand any stripping agent. IPA would work to remove a spray sealant.
Looking forward to watching your future updates on this graphene matrix coating. Using a car that is kept outside all the time is the true test of a coatings performance and durability. I have trouble with water spots on my Si02 coated cars so I will likely be making the switch to graphene once I see a few more updates. Great information in this video!
Amazing coating! And job! 👍 👍 👍Is graphene easy to apply and wipe off ?. For the moment, I'm happy with CQuartz lite + carpro gliss v2 as a top coat. But then I think I will switch to adam's graphene ceramic coating!
Brian, Nice Job! Graphene may be the future? It will be interesting how long this coating will last? Also, as you know, preparation is key, how did you prepare the Ford? Besides shampoo, what other maintenance products are required?
HARTLAND DETAILER It is definitely the future of paint protection. I decontaminated it then used a light polish that’s it. You will need an SIO2 soap and SIO2 type spray sealant for maintenance.
Matt from Obsessed Garage is not even giving Graphene a change basically slamming it. Says its basically still a sio2 coating with a small amount of graphene in it.
Enjoyed the vid and I'm becoming a big fan of Ethos's products. I ordered two bottles of their defy and was impressed. Would this be a good weekly shampoo if you don't have a ceramic coating?
That’s really good soap but expensive (and no gallon size). Could you use the Adam’s Car Shampoo since it’s pH neutral and still retain the coating well? Or use this and Adam’s every other wash rotations? Again, car looks great. Thanks!
Daniel Mai Yes you can use a regular soap but SIO2 is preferred to help maintenance the coating and fill in any voids as the coating ages. You could rotate soaps and be just fine. Ethos regular Car Shampoo is fantastic also. It is right there with Adam’s car shampoo which is one of the best on the market. Thanks
I’d be all over this ethos costing if shipping prices weren’t horrendous to the U.K! Ethos need to get there products over here pronto. Car looked awesome 🔥
Is there any benefit in your original application of the graphene to putting multiple coats on.... Just like the old Zaino back in the day...to get a deeper gloss and thicker protection
Nice to see Faithe (with an E) again. However I think you were a little bit more excited about the product than she was 😁 Looking forward to seeing the 6 month review 👍✌️🇺🇸
Hi I recently found your channel and I am getting ready to detail my fiberglass 5th wheel. I saw a video you did and it really helped. I have a griots da and complete compound would this work my RV is pretty oxidized any recommendation is greatly appreciated
Clyde Espinosa Complete compound will work but then you will have to go back over with a protectant. I like using Griots One Step Sealant on fiberglass.
Daniel Mai I think CarPro Reset is better as far as slickness and the little amount you use. Ceramic Shampoo leaves protection behind and reset doesn’t. If I had to chose though I would go with Reset.
Hey man 🙋♂️ .. Do you have ethos car care detail spray . and new product call DEFY cleans conditions and protect i think it has ceramic properties . ? And isn't there a discount for us subscribers . Hey all right stay safe . Its really bad out here in California with the virus ...
Hennessy * I have D3FY and love it. I actually used it several times before release and bulk ew it was gonna be a hot product like it is. I have a detail spray but it was the old version. Yes the discount code is Fabfamily and you get 10% off your order. Thanks man and you stay safe also.
Didn't know you are an east side Indy guy! If you'd like to test out any products I have a 2019 Tuscon in Black I'd be happy to let you test products out on. Just hit me up!
problem with ethos ceramic shampoo is cost.....4oz/wash....4oz in 4 gal of water in bucket....so 4 washes/bottle......vs one u still havent reviewed that i sent.... 1oz/4 gal water....12 washes/bottle. i havent tried ethos yet...got the email but cant pull the trigger due to cost.....i dont believe it will surpass the beasleys...might be equivalent....but not at $4/wash vs $1.66/wash. as i stated if u like carpro reset......its reset on steroids. i dont feel i need to find something better than what i sent u...IMHO....stay safe and WELL....COVID IS NO JOKE
Yep I watched and really think it was a biased video. I have used 2 different Graphene “Oxide” coatings and they perform way better then any other coating I have ever applied and that was a lot believe me. They are easier to install and the Hydrophobic’s are way better then traditional coatings. They are still ceramic coatings just with Graphene oxide in them. You have to remember everybody bashed ceramic coatings when they first came out but started loving them as they evolved. The same will happen with Graphene coatings also. If you were to use one it would change your mind quick!
@@FABAutomotiveDetailing How was the video biased? The whole video was to be as non-biased as possible. He really wanted the graphene to work but showed it was no better in various tests and other scientists are in agreement that though graphene oxide may be a smidge better in performance as far as hydrophobic properties it did no better as far as surface temp or reducing water spot etching as claimed. I've used graphene 3 times on clients cars and cant say either way. I do like how easy it is to apply but so is cquartz and other ceramics. Time will tell.
You said it correctly, it’s hard to describe. The stuff is unreal, I just washed mine and still look at in amazement. Great video sir
Cory Macumber It’s on a whole new level of protection. Thanks brother!
Amazing results there, you did an incredible job and good job to Faith for going to College, really respect that. Kudos
Phil Bloomer Thank you! We are very proud of her.
Awesome video brother! Man I really need to try that Ceramic Shampoo from Ethos! Car looked fantastic for 2 weeks man! Didn't even look dirty.. I agree as well, the slickness under the wash pad is something you need to feel to believe
PapaSmurf918 Thanks! You would love ceramic shampoo. Slickness is unbelievable.
You would like it

Jay Zstr The 2 advantages of Graphene over Ceramic is life span and water spotting.
Yes keep us posted most people park there cars outside this is going to be a good for testing on products durability
Gene1984 G I absolutely will!
Wow! Amazing product, will be looking at this in the future.

Looks amazing👍 Now I have to go out & get myself some to apply to my cars🏎🚗🚘 Great video Brian👍👍 Enjoy your weekend bud✌🏼
IntervalePC Yea it does and you will love it. Thanks brother and you too
The car looks amazing,, it's so clean with such little effort great video as always brian 👍👍👍👍

Interesting soap, many soaps with SiO2 additives tend to be not very foaming
thomkirby It’s a great soap!
Great video and results from these products. Here in the UK this car is called a Mondeo, not as popular nowadays, are they still liked in the USA?
paul taylor Thanks! Oh yeah these cars are all over the road here in the U.S.
On my car now i have Turtle wax ceramic spray coat, and bugs comes off without a contact wash. Foam and presssure wash is enough, so i guess it's the same with the graphene coatings too
Marcell Szakács Yes it the bugs come off easy with the coating.

Jay Zstr Yes that is correct but maintaining it will help get you close to what the manufacture says. It’s a Rag company wash pad.
Love that ethos ceramic soap. I'm on my second gallon!
Edward Su I have only used it twice but I really like it also.
Great video, hoping to try this coating this spring. Are you sponsored by Ethos or did you buy this product for personal use?

Rob Balsley Ethos products are solid. It would be a good Shampoo but if your car isn’t coated it would suggest Ethos Car Shampoo it’s great also.

FAB Automotive Detailing Thanks for taking the time and actively responding 👍
Daniel Mai Absolutely man! I do my best to respond to everyone.
I see you got it clean tfs buddy
What other coatings have you installed that you could compare this Ethos coating to?
I’d be all over this ethos costing if shipping prices weren’t horrendous to the U.K! Ethos need to get there products over here pronto. Car looked awesome 🔥
Ptheledge It’s to bad you can’t get it reasonably yet. It is awesome stuff.
Is there any benefit in your original application of the graphene to putting multiple coats on.... Just like the old Zaino back in the day...to get a deeper gloss and thicker protection
Midnight Man Yes there is a benefit. It will extend the life of the coating but that’s about it.
Do you think shine armor needs sio2 shampoo after a few washes or nah I watched your video on it so say no more
Nice to see Faithe (with an E) again. However I think you were a little bit more excited about the product than she was 😁
Looking forward to seeing the 6 month review 👍✌️🇺🇸

Thanks so much for your response you have a great channel thanks for sharing the knowledge
Clyde Espinosa You are welcome and thanks for watching!
Hi Brian... How does this soap compare to the Carpro Reset (you used before)? Thanks!!
Daniel Mai I think CarPro Reset is better as far as slickness and the little amount you use. Ceramic Shampoo leaves protection behind and reset doesn’t. If I had to chose though I would go with Reset.
FAB Automotive Detailing Thanks Brian! Would your answer be the same if my car has the Ethos Graphene coating on it?
Daniel Mai Yes and no. I still think Reset is better but I like to keep maintenance products in the same family as the coating if that makes sense.
FAB Automotive Detailing Thanks for the response and confirmation👍
Daniel Mai You are welcome!
For being Si02 shampoo foams up very well
Carlos Rivera Yes it does and it’s really slick.
Dang I still need to get that. And Ethos soap works great.

How is this holding up? Debating on trying this.
So far it’s looking great!
Looks good. 👍👀😎
Keith Firebird Thanks brother!
Nice when the bugs wash right off
Ouzo Lou Garage Man they were so easy to remove.
Tell with an ''E'' HOOF says keep up the good work I'm proud of her. HOOF OUT!
Hoof Hearted Will do!
Good job. Thanks for the demo. Can you apply that coating on a 3M clear bra?
Simon99 Thanks! Yes you can apply it to anything actually.
Am I first? Been a while! 😁
Katrina Georgia Girl Yes you were! 🏆 👍🏼
What did you use to remove the sap? And by removing the sap with a chemical does it take the graphene protection off? HOOF OUT!!
Hoof Hearted I ended up using diluted Isopropyl Alcohol and it shouldn’t effect the coating.
Intense beading!
Aj Bentley Crazy Hydrophobic’s!
😍😍😍😍
Michael Campbell I love it also!
This car did not need washing for another two months!
Tom P. Video doesn’t do it justice it definitely needed washed. The color helps hide the dirt.
@@FABAutomotiveDetailing That paint is so shiny looks as if its been just polished. Amazing product.
