Great video Pan! A couple of questions 1. If you want to wash an SUV, what applicator do you recommend that is on a retractable pole? 2. When you clean tires, do you just let them air dry? I appreciate the useful insight.
The fact that you record two videos in two different languages for each upload is absolutely astonishing. I’ve always watched these before I do anything on the body of my car. Please don’t ever go away Pan. Lol
Every time I think of this fact--doing each vid in French and English!--I cannot imagine the effort he puts into it. Aaannd that they are absolutely PERFECT videos in style & info... it's astonishing. Thanks, Pan.
JESUS CHRIST died for you on a cross for our sins. 3 days after his death he resurrected and is The LIVING GOD. Repent from your sins and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior in a prayer and also ask for the HOLY SPIRIT to come into you in that same prayer as well and have FAITH in CHRIST. You could come to Jesus Christ as you are, but once you accept Him, you have to become new, change, and be born again, and turn away from all wicked ways. Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. God Bless You. JESUS CHRIST IS COMING BACK SOON.

I've never seen anyone on TH-cam who puts in so much time and work for his viewers. Not only in the videos, but with all the helpful replies to comments. All the videos are done with care and passion. Pan really cares about his viewers, and it shows. If anyone deserved 'likes' and subscriptions, it would be this guy! Keep up the awesome work Pan.
Thanks John. I really appreciate that you also took the time to give me this feedback. Most viewers don't know that I spend 3 to 4 hours each day replying to comments on TH-cam personally. Very few big channels over 500,000 subscribers do this. It's my way of staying close with my community. Have a great day!
I would love to see this made into a series (playlist so you could add existing videos). Beginner level washing, polishing, ceramic coating, interior. Then move to intermediate, then advanced, and finish with professional. Each time explain not only the differences but the decisions and reasoning behind product changes. It could be the beginner and professional products perform the same but customer perception drives the changes. You could have someone who runs their car through the drive through car wash once a month but brushes, vacuums, and steam cleans their interior every week. The videos, knowledge, and ability to mix and match experience levels with each aspect of detailing could be very useful.
Wow, just got a new car and wanted to know what to do. I had no idea that caring for your car was such a science! Thanks PAN for all the great tips! You're the Pro

Another thing I would add to this list, especially because so many people deal with hard water, is one of the Camco RV filters which are $10 each and act as a “Brita filter” for your water. Inexpensive and will remove a good amount of contaminants from the water. It’s no water softener or “spotless” water but will definitely prevent super hard water spotting for the person on a budget.
Stoners Glass cleaner is absolutely AMAZING! Today I completed my first interior detailing job - my Daughter’s RAV 4. I did it all Pan’s way. Very gratifying! Thanks Pan! I really appreciate your product recommendations..
Thanks man, I was going crazy trying to figure out what to buy. I'm a beginner on a budget and I don't want to blow it all on a bunch of overpriced, gimmicky, or just bad products!
This is a great starter kit to get great results! You made it easy for those who aren’t sure what to buy. Wish there was something like this when I got started. I went through a lot of products before I found what I liked. Great video
Glad you enjoyed it! You're totally right, I wish these kinds of videos existed back in the late 90's when I first started detailing. All we had back then were a few car forums where some guys spoke about detailing, but that's pretty much it. TH-cam didn't even exist. I just realized that doesn't make me younger by saying that! AHAH
Good stuff my man! After countless hours of viewing ur videos I dropped roughly about 200 recently and formed a solid starter kit. Thank you for all the knowledge. Much appreciated
Pan, you deliver once again! It would be nice if you could do a then vs now video. Perhaps you could compare Turtle Wax Hard Shell to Turtle Wax ICE Seal n Shine to show to your viewers just how far wax technology has come along.
I use something called a "Wash & Rinse Gun" by BonAire. $30 CAD from Canadian Tire, has a directional adjustable fan head (a bit of pressure), a small reservoir for soap, and attaches to a garden hose. It's a great inexpensive option for those without a pressure washer & foam cannon. Is really great for the undercarriage too, as it can aim up, and has a long wand. Been using mine for 3 years without issue, but It doesn't feel the most high quality by any means.
My old kit finished (AT LASTTT). And I now wanted to buy car care products in a sane manner, unlike before whenever I went, just picked up random products only to realise that now I’m left with a ton of redundant stuff. It took a while to finish all the products. Now I will prepare a meaningful and effective kit (refrain myself picking up random stuff, it’s an addiction!!) Thanks Pan

Goooood morning Pan! Nothing like having good coffee and watching a new video while sharing car care enthusiasm with you! Great products shown, I have several of them. ☕😁👍
That Turtle Wax Ice N Shine spray is no joke. Unbelievable ! Had some over spray from painting a fence ( don't ask) and after washing there was still a rough finish to the paint. Got out the clay and some detail spray and everything came off. The previous slickness and gloss came back as well. Fantastic product.
Would love an interior beginner’s kit as well. Thank you so much for making this video, I bought almost everything on the list except for the wax since my car is clear bra wrapped and I was advised to not wax it since it‘d be moot and ‘messy’. I bought the Karcher cube model and a flex line hose and Mosmatic swivel gun and wand. Just have no clue which connectors I need now but I’ll likely go to Home Depot as needed and figure it out so everything is quick connect supported.
My dad had a massive karcher we used for power washing our tractors combines and other equipment. That thing ran and ran for years and finally kicked the bucket 3 years ago 😂😂
Thanks Pan, your videos have been so helpful to me. Delving into the world of automotive detailing can be overwhelming and expensive to say the least, but with your guidance and knowledge, along with the experience of using all these products it has made things a whole lot easier for me. Thanks man.
Me and my friends wanted to start washing cars in my neighborhood and we’ve been looking for good products for washing cars but we didn’t know what to get and u just helped us a lot thank you so much

The one thing I would have added which is really sharp and finishes oh so nicely is the P&S bead maker. Great list though! This is perfect!!! Thanks Pan! 500k. Here we come! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thanks Pan, yes on the interior kit. Can you create a one click Amazon list with the complete kit? That would make it easier to get the complete kit you recommend. Appreciate you and your tips.
@@Watchoutforsnakez Yes, I realize that. My point was, since Keith doesn't want to take the time to consolidate the list to purchase what he needs, he's asking someone else to do it for him.
You are a brave man for putting out a video that many people might have opinions on. Of the items you have chosen I don't have any complaints. Even though I like others, using your recommendations a person will be just fine. I would like to see what you would recommend for interiors. Looking forward to seeing your next video 👍✌️
Hey Pan, I am a BMW guy too and am enjoying watching your videos. In real life I own and operate a rental fleet of 150 cars near Byron Bay Australia. It’s been a tough task learning how dirty cars get over the past 31 years I have owned the business. One of the most intransigent issues we deal with is the ‘smell’ in some of our cars. I have a steam cleaner which does an OK job but there are some odours that are difficult. So, I did some research and discovered an AU company which manufactures Ozone generators and purchased one. This machine can remove the most terrible smells like old prawn fishing bait, dead snakes
Invisible Glass is great stuff all-around. It's gentle enough to be a decent general purpose cleaner. In addition to cleaning my car and house windows, use it to clean my stainless steel kitchen appliances and TV/computer monitor screens. I always keep a few cans of the stuff.
I just got my car coated I’ve been doing HOURS and WEEKS of research !!! Thanks to PAaaaaaan the organizer !!! I just ordered my foam cannon ,,, the Adams mega foam ... gonna get reset shampoo ... and everything in this video !!! I’m also going with Ryobi pressure washer I’m on a budget as well.... thanks PAN!!!
We can never go wrong with a Pan video. I would like to see that budget friendly interior kit. Keep these vids coming!!!! So much has changed since I started washing cars and trucks for family. It pays to keep up with changing chemicals and techniques.
Thanks Brian! Yeah when I started detailing 23 years ago, products, tools and techniques were quite different. Things evolve like crazy in the detailing world so I love keeping you guys up to date.
Welcome aboard! Always refreshing to see women enjoy detailing as well! My channel is one of the rare "car" channels with almost 10% of women watching. :) You found one of the biggest and fastest growing detailing channels as we surpassed 634,000 subscribers. I love sharing my knowledge and passion with my viewers. Congrats on your new car by the way Sarah!
That chemical guys vrp works great! I have a lifted truck and use it on my tires and it lasts around a week! And I use the Adams tire shine applicator. I also recently used the turtle wax you showed in this video, also works great! We are in the rainy season here in Florida and my truck has no water marks thanks to the turtle wax shine and seal!
i have a question. Why do you clean the wheels first. When you clean the top of the car, the dirt will just rinse down to the wheels. If you start from the top of the car and work your way down it is much better in my opinion. great content!
Hi. First, welcome to my channel. You discovered one of the biggest car detailing channels on TH-cam as we surpassed 800,000 subscribers and 100 million views! I have been detailing for 25 years and I love to share my knowledge and passion with my viewers. You found the right channel to help you learn everything about detailing. To answer your question, you will find most detailing professionals on TH-cam start with the wheels and tires first. Why? Simple. They are usually the dirtiest parts of the vehicle. So the reasoning behind that, is that if you were to clean the paint first, and wheels last, imagine spraying all that dirt back onto your freshly clean paint. It's counterproductive in my opinion. And then when I wash the paintwork, yes I wash from top to bottom. That being said, there are a few pros that wash the wheels last, and they have their own reasons for that. At the end of the day, there isn't a right or wrong way to wash a car, as long as you're using safe washing and drying methods. Do what works best for you, and what works best in your world according to your testing and experience. You can see how I wash my own Porsche in this video: th-cam.com/video/KEAfc_LUO4E/w-d-xo.html
Just bought my first car…planning to take very good care of it and this was one thing I was going down a rabbit hole with. So much different information out there but this video takes the cake! Get this man to 1 million subs!

Very helpful again Pan! I’m starting out with a larger budget, but I’m doing a TON of research before buying since I’m brand new to this. It’s an exciting process!
I just bought the car of my dreams in January. Of course it was perfect when I got it and I'd like to keep it that way. I am brand new to detailing, so I just purchased each item off Amazon! I'm excited to get started! Thanks PAN!

My wife swears on a product called GlasHelder for many years now. Don't know if it's got ammonia or not, but it cleans like crazy. Also bought a Karcher Snowfoam-cannon last year. While i don't own a high pressure Karcher, it's got the same nozzle and works like crazy as well. Was 23 Euros (say 20USD) back then. Most products I use are WoWo's, as they are easily available in the Netherlands.
Agree with your selection, I am using them for the past year. I suggest for towels to consider ordering directly from The Rag Company and buy either their Silver or Gold towel kit. Excellent starter sets which I give away as gifts. If you order direct signup as new and use the 15% discount! For a budget pressure washer I would use the small Ryobi portable model, easy on wallet and storage. It has many uses around the 🏡.
I waited for this content, so timely for me coz next week I'm gonna start my small car wash business. your videos are so helpful, just continue being generous Pan! thanks a lot!
I love everything about this man and his very informative channel. Haha. I bought my bmw 328i a year ago and I’ve been watching him ever since. I didn’t know shit about cars nor did I ever care to learn but now I can’t stop! Pan, you’ve taught me so much on how to take care of my car & keep it looking real nice. Thank you for doing this!
Hello Pan. FYI got with Obsessed Garage and made a purchase for the unit we discussed. I left him your forwarding me to him. Thank You Again for All You Do. Peter
Can you make a video on best way and best products to wash a car in heat and sun? Since it summer and for of us that doesn’t have a garage to work in? I love your videos!!!
I have almost 650 videos on my channel so far. Tons of awesome content to browse through! ;) What’s your favourite video on my channel so far by the way Jay?
Hi Pan, I m Biswajit from India, this video is great help for me as a beginner. Though all the products are may not be available in my country but we got the basic idea how to take care the exterior of our beloved car...thanks a lot
Very valuable information. Can you please share the video of using these products. I have already bought interior and exterior kit. Now I am easy to put to use.

I purchased the Chemical Guys arsenal builder for $100 USD on Amazon. Came with a great set of tools and washing liquids and was a good jumping off point.
Add a Speed Master Wheel Brush (or similar) and two black microfiber towels and presto ... a clean and dressed engine compartment! Great video Pan, keep ‘em coming.
Thank you so much! I am so glad I found you in time!...... I am buying my first new car! Would you please tell me how I should start off taking care of my car fresh from the dealership, So I can have a clean start in protecting my vehicle? Also, I will be going on road trips, leaving out only a couple days after bringing it home fresh from the dealership, ( this road trip will last a few months) how should I go about my car care while on the road trip? What would you bring along for this extended trip? Thank you! Cheers!
Pan I enjoy your videos and the passion you have for doing them. I would like to see a video with the least amount of products to do a quality job for exterior and interior. I watch the P&S bead maker video and you said you can also use it on the interior. That’s the info I’m interested in. Just starting to get into the Hobby end of it. Trying to limit The initial cost.
Another great video. I'm just starting out my own detailing company and I'm still in the process of research and learning so these videos have been amazing. Also, just wanted to say a big thank you for watching out for us Canadians up here. Always a pleasure when we can find the products and pricing that are available to us here as its not always the same in the US and access to some of the products I've research has been hit and miss.

An honest tip Pan: First of all, you are great. I like the energy, the professionalism, the simplicity. Only thing I'll criticize is that you took like 3-4 minutes to start the video. Please keep it to the point. I hope you don't mind the constructive criticism. Thanks for everything you do!
I will stick to my style. This is what made my channel so successful. If I listened to what everyone things should be done or how it should be done, I wouldn't be where I am today. This is one of the biggest car detailing channels on TH-cam specifically because I have always stuck to my style, doing things my way, and hopefully that resonates with people. Don't forget that in a crowd of 606,000+ subscribers and millions watching, it's impossible to please everyone. I try my best, and making video is way more complicated than people think. I appreciate your support for my channel though.
Hello Pam , I share your passion, dedication and drive for detailing and specially cleaning my car. However, I can’t do what you do because of my health restrictions of my back, 2 surgeries, my right knee , 1 surgery and right rotating cuff surgery too. Anyway, what can suggest I can do to maintain a clean car please ? Thank you
Literally just bought everything on your list besides the pressure washer/foam cannon(already have one but will probably just use the hose). So excited to keep my new CX-5 Turbo Fresh and Clean!

I second the karcher 1700. I've had the cube version for about a year and it's been perfect. More pressure would be nice but for the price I can't complain
Excellent video! I wish I had seen this video sooner but by using your other videos, I ended making good choices (very similar or the same as these) to start detailing 👌 Thanks Pan!

2. When you clean tires, do you just let them air dry?
I appreciate the useful insight.
Can you the paint sealant on a ceramic coated car?

Thanks John. I really appreciate that you also took the time to give me this feedback. Most viewers don't know that I spend 3 to 4 hours each day replying to comments on TH-cam personally. Very few big channels over 500,000 subscribers do this. It's my way of staying close with my community.
Have a great day!
Now this is exactly what I am talking about. I am glad you put this together so that beginners know exactly what to get.
Yes. Please make a video like this one for the interior. I just purchased all of the products for the exterior. Eager to get started.
Would definitely watch it need some decent stuff for under 200 pounds 👍
Don't forget to clay bar...

I have my own detailing company and honestly it’s hard to find someone this professional these days, very great work pan👍
The Turtle Wax did a great job on my bathroom tiles!
My old kit finished (AT LASTTT). And I now wanted to buy car care products in a sane manner, unlike before whenever I went, just picked up random products only to realise that now I’m left with a ton of redundant stuff.
It took a while to finish all the products.
Now I will prepare a meaningful and effective kit (refrain myself picking up random stuff, it’s an addiction!!)
Thanks Pan

@@catguy64 I don't have anything of theirs in my arsenal. Do you not like them because they have "too much"?
Barbara that, and just too many options out there. I shop by quality not price.
@@catguy64 I agree. I tend to stick to my favs (TRC, P&S, TLC, & 303). I have tried other various products also, but have been disappointed.
They do make a few actually good products and VRP is one of them for sure.
You never fail to deliver, brother. Excellent starter kit for beginners.
Thanks Tony!
Thats awesome!!!!! I just bought a 135i and I want to keep the 88 000km car still looking like new. Merci Pan!

Thanks Pan, yes on the interior kit. Can you create a one click Amazon list with the complete kit? That would make it easier to get the complete kit you recommend. Appreciate you and your tips.
He has every product he mentioned linked in the video description.
Chris I believe he means instead of a link to individual items he meant a one click to the entire lot. Like when you make an Amazon wish list.
@@Watchoutforsnakez Yes, I realize that. My point was, since Keith doesn't want to take the time to consolidate the list to purchase what he needs, he's asking someone else to do it for him.

Pan please test out Adam's new Graphene coating. I received an email today regarding this and their sale.

i have a question.
