I think people that get into high-speed pursuits with dogs should have an extra charge added to them for animal abuse, animal, cruelty, or animal neglect

@markevan1 no, but I have functioning eyes. She was standing in handcuffs surrounded and not going anywhere. Sit her in the back of the police car. The dog laid down quietly and wasn't freaking out. He deserved some pets and a bowl of water.
