I like to believe that this conversation did happen during the events of the game. Not even as a fake memory, but as a real conversation that Klonoa and Huepow might've had while they were in the Moon Kingdom. This part of the Door To Phantomile 4Koma Manga Theater book really ties it all together. Nicely done with the dubbing!

Thank you, I personally believe that this conversation really existed between them. I think that, due to the surrounding environment, this took place near where Klonoa found the wind ring with Huepow inside. For time wise, I'm pretty sure this takes place the night before Klonoa has his dream about something crashing into Bell Hill, Many thanks for the compliments and for watching!
