350Z Race Seats and Steering Wheel - Cockpit Mods

  • In this short update, I decided to go ahead and install my Corbeau race seat and NRG steering wheel. There will be a roll bar/harness bar and harness install in the future, but I wanted to get these in now to make the car more appropriate for track driving in the meantime. Seat time is the most important thing right now, and I've got a lot of parts lying around that will make seat time that much better. May as well use them, right?

    Hey man im 197 cm tall which is a bit higher than 6'5", Are there any possible modifications i could do on 350z cockpit to get more space and comfort?

      You know, that's actually an issue I'm running into now as well when I wear a helmet with the headliner installed. The race seats help and you can get a low-profile seat bracket as well. If that's not enough, I've seen in some race applications where the floor was actually cut and flattened to get as low as possible.
