- Unfinished solid wood and no distinct design elements...what CAN"T these little three drawer dressers do??!? Come with me as I tackle the 3rd of FIVE Ikea Rast dressers I've collected, and challenge myself to create separate unique looks for them!
Our Junior believes she is the star of the show, and so let's give her the spotlight! We'll remove a drawer to create a beautiful open storage space, trimmed with silicone tile and Art Deco Wallpaper from Spoonflower.

Intetesting mix of glam and rustic! The light in the open case really pulls it together. Creating less top heavy look. Gosh, hard to pick between that paper, the fab hardware and the color for wow factor. Nice piece. Much better w feet. Can’t wait to see who wins the collective top score.

The contrast between the inexpensive and unremarkable starting pieces and the finished products of this series is dramatic. It illustrates the value added in character and simple beauty of the “decorating” process. This item sold as a unique/signed piece of art for an apartment in New York City would bring four figures.

Love the Cinderella crystal shoes and bright blue color. It's awesome you positions the Egyptian Art Deco wallpaper so the "rays" match on the sides and base. That blue tape edged plastic would have been a game changer for a project I did this week! I saw it on your last video and didn't realise it was an all in one product. It's one of those ideas that you think "Why didn't I think of that!" I want to use those tiles on something and I adored the crystal leg and knobs. The wallpaper is so beautiful and I think your idea to create an open bottom display area, with a light no less was brilliant. Love, love , love the colour!!

It is obvious this serious required a lot of effort and time, but this had to be fun a series to work on! Sort of like having 4 prints of the same coloring book page and being able to color each one in a totally different way ... only with wood, hardware, power tools, paint, and PPE instead of paper and art supplies ... well, I did say "sort of". Nevermind. This is a fun and inspiring series, so I'll leave it there. 😄
