Stargazing at High Force Waterfall - failed! Barnard Castle | Egglestone Abbey | February '24

Not quite the magical star gazing experience we were expecting but no one can predict the weather. We still got to explore Barnard Castle and Egglestone Abbey - somewhere we had never been!
High Force Waterfall was spectacular, and getting to see it in the dark lit up was something you aren't usually able to do. It was a great experience (even though we got soaked) and we may have to go back when it's warmer and light to adventure around the area more
