I’m glad you liked it! I would say it’s more for runner because of all of the cardio that we’re already getting we don’t really need to do a super long 15-30 minute ab workout. It’s also great for after long runs when you’re too tired to do a long at workout.
Abs are definitely burning! Great workout!
