    This is really nice today. After the deep breaths, I started doing the first movement, but I was looking at the trees and birds in my yard and then looked back at my phone and realized that I was going much faster than you. When I slowed my pace to match yours, I realized that for abs this is not as much about intense cardio as it is intentional stretch and twist movements to really engage those ab muscles. That pace is wonderful, and even after only the 10 minutes, I can really feel that I've given myself a workout. Thank you so much for putting this up there among all of your other amazing videos.

    Thanks for a great workout girl! I'm promising my self to finish this challenge. I love your content because it doesn't feel like exercise, but more healthy movement for my body! That's what I am all about right now. As soon as it feels like exercise, I tap out.
