      I enjoy the walk & tone videos. Would love to see some that do 30 minutes including the cool down. This one is my favorite because its the full body. Thanks for making these!

    I'm always a little hesitant about doing the longer workouts because of my attention span, but I didn't think I was able to go out for my daily walk today so I decided to try this one to get my steps in. You always make working out so fun. I had no trouble doing this all the way through.

    This is GREAT !! can you please do more like this maybe rhianna Michael Jackson. Van Halen Brittany you can just have different artists in one workout. You are great Sharona

    Hi, my first time doing one of your workouts, you seem to be enjoying yourself so it resonated and I really enjoyed it too. It wasn't too long and kept me moving and helped towards my step count. I will definately be trying more of your workouts, thank you for sharing and making it fun.

    This was a great workout. I didnt want to workout but I got up and did this so glad I did. I love to cool down at the end thanks for that

    Was just about to search your videos for maybe some for more/specific muscle groups, but I really felt my legs, arms and stomach with this. So absolutely LOVED this one!!
