Here's info that some still aren't aware of: ❤️JIMIN, at age 11-12 started studying, performing, & competing (winning every competition), in hip hop, popping (excelled), & street dancing, while attending the renowned Just Dance Academy in Busan where he's from! He was so good that an instructor even had the high tuition fee waived at one point! This was while also attending middle school, where he loved sports, being quite athletic, joined the football team, excellent at track, great at basketball, & billiards! Jimin also, all throughout his schooling, was known as a top scholar, achieving perfect scores, especially in math & science which just always came easy to him! Jimin was even class president for 9 yrs in a row! Jimin, all throughout his schooling, was also quite good in art class, as well as calligraphy. Jimin, then also took up contemporary dance. The media, after seeing a performance of Jimin's performing at a huge Busan Festival Event, called Jimin "The rising star of Busan"!! JIMIN also studied ballet & traditional Korean dance while attending Busan High School of the Arts. Jimin still went to Just Dance Academy to take hip hop classes whenever he could because his first love has always been hip hop, even though he was now majoring in contemporary! JIMIN even had an offer to dance overseas, but declined because he also wanted to become a singer since the 2nd grade, to the dismay of one of his dance instructors who said "The world of dance was going to lose a great artist"!! I'm glad that he likes Jimin's voice a lot, he mentioned that that's what he wanted to achieve with this song, highlight the different nuances of his beautiful voice with the different layers that I apply here and I think I achieved it incredibly, it is my favorite voice , has the most beautiful, sexy, sweet, powerful voice, amazing and unique of all, now if you see the live performance you will fall in love even more, I recommend the performance in osaka Japan.

One thing I love about jimin in addition to his beautiful singing and dancing is his ability to articulate what we are all feeling in the moment! Whenever they have a comeback or any new content He. Is. The. One. who makes me cry because he comforts me(us) so much! Especially when it's very much needed! I cried the very first time I heard this song! I played it for my then 4yr old granddaughter who also silently cried in her carseat! 😢 I hugged her after we stopped the vehicle and got out! Like I said, we got jimin just when we needed him! Cody, I can't wait until you see this so absolutely amazing performance in front of this huge stadium filled with army. Jimin's vocal & dancing are so breathtakingly mesmerizingly spectacular to see, as well as Brian Puspos, is a quite well known choreographer, working with Chris Brown , Drake, Justin Beiber to name a few, is quire close friends with JIMIN. They have a mutual love and admiration for each other. Since they both worked together several times before, he was quite excited to do the choreography, for Serendipity. Brian recently even said that he believes that JIMIN actually dances/performs his choreography even better then himself!! By the way, there is a stage mix as well that's quite well edited, but personally I feel that it ruins the flow and distracts & takes away from jimins dancing, as well as not showing the choreography. But it's enjoyable to see for other reasons. To see all the different looks and different times and venues JIMIN performed Serendipity at. Possibly you can see the stage mix as well or another time.

Not really one full live performance, the clips of mix version was taken from the different live stages, which for me ruined the beautiful flow of the performance. I love this song :) Other songs from Jimin, which I love are Lie and Filter. Both the live Performances and the lyric videos to those two songs are great. Also both of those songs have their own vibe and are so different from Serendipity. Lie is very dramatic and deep, whilst Filter is very flirty and has kind of a Latina vibe. Both of them are just beautiful. Please check them out as well.

I saw Jimin perform this live in Fort Worth,Texas; he sounds like the same and he is truly beautiful,like looking at a moving portrait,I will never ever forget that performance, you can’t believe what you are seeing,the entire show by all members were amazing,if you can get a ticket,we had to buy from a seller for both shows because they sell out in minutes,but it was and is worth every penny 😁💜💜💜👍🏽

Jimin, then also took up contemporary dance. The media, after seeing a performance of Jimin's performing at a huge Busan Festival Event, called Jimin "The rising star of Busan"!! JIMIN also studied ballet & traditional Korean dance while attending Busan High School of the Arts. Jimin still went to Just Dance Academy to take hip hop classes whenever he could because his first love has always been hip hop, even though he was now majoring in contemporary! JIMIN even had an offer to dance overseas, but declined because he also wanted to become a singer since the 2nd grade, to the dismay of one of his dance instructors who said "The world of dance was going to lose a great artist"!!
So Jimin then went and auditioned for BigHit Entertainment, (company BTS is signed with), being the very last member to join, being a trainee for only a few months (which is unheard of for most Kpop idols), as opposed to the 2-3 yrs of being a trainee the other members had! But Jimin was so good that he was assigned the official title of one of the two Main Dancers, as well as Lead Vocalist. Jimin was even assigned most of the high notes since the very beginning, because even without all that training in the beginning, he was that good, a natural born singer who, just like his dancing makes you feel every emotion and feeling he's trying to convey!
JIMIN, also, for 8 yrs, since a quite young boy, trained in various forms (4), of martial arts: Taekwondo (Blackbelt), Hapkido, Kumdo (Korean form of Kendo), & Chinese martial arts. He even won a scholarship, the only student to do so, to study more extensively in China for awhile! All the martial arts training has given JIMIN his phenomenal inner core strength, as well as his amazing flexibility, which has enabled Jimin to achieve all those breathtakingly spectacular gravity defying dance moves! JIMIN has found a way to incorporate all his various dance disciplines, as well as his extensive training in martial arts into his unique, ever so special, outstandingly amazing dancing abilities!!

Cody, I can't wait until you see this so absolutely amazing performance in front of this huge stadium filled with army. Jimin's vocal & dancing are so breathtakingly mesmerizingly spectacular to see, as well as Brian Puspos, is a quite well known choreographer, working with Chris Brown , Drake, Justin Beiber to name a few, is quire close friends with JIMIN. They have a mutual love and admiration for each other. Since they both worked together several times before, he was quite excited to do the choreography, for Serendipity. Brian recently even said that he believes that JIMIN actually dances/performs his choreography even better then himself!!
By the way, there is a stage mix as well that's quite well edited, but personally I feel that it ruins the flow and distracts & takes away from jimins dancing, as well as not showing the choreography. But it's enjoyable to see for other reasons. To see all the different looks and different times and venues JIMIN performed Serendipity at. Possibly you can see the stage mix as well or another time.
