Definitely mate next video I’ll aim to do more of that sort of thing. I was pretty focused on learning how to use it myself in the last session. It’s very good would recommend it. 👍
Hey mate, any advice for jighead weight/sizes in the port, seem to always struggle with what weight and size to go with when fishing with a 3” plastic given the currents in the port
Hey mate, never be afraid to go heavy. The weights I use are 1oz in 10+m if the current is running at different speeds or directions throughout the water column. 3/4oz in 10+m if the current is running evenly through the water column no matter the speed (drifting always makes things easier), if I’m using 20lb gear or over. 1/2oz if I’m using gear under 20lb in 10m +. 3/8 if less than 8m without a heap of current. I hope this helps. 🤙👍
20lb black magic tough trace. It’s good leader that doesn’t let me down much I’d say that one was my fault for fishing around reef all morning and not checking for frays.
Yeah boat has been out of action. I had to replace the motor, so I decided to give the whole thing an upgrade. She’s back in action now though so I’ll be posting again soon when I get time to do some fishing. 👌👍
I'll see you down there.
Nice catch
Love to see some video of the active target on the sounder. Just to see the image. I'm thinking about getting one.
