Nice work Marty. I think that was Lytton Wall where you were catching the bream. I'm going back 60 years now. Used to ride a pushbike down towards the port area and walk across country to fish the wall at night. Used to catch monster bream along the wall. No lures. Only bait in those days. Had to watch out for large rats that would steal it. Keep the videos coming.
Great video again mister! top stuff...... can you throw some fish over your shoulder to mix it up...HAHAHA. I'm looking forward to running into you on the river again, Cheers
Brilliant work Marty Love the heavy jig on the prawn plastic - worked a treat ! Are you watching sidescan or downscan ( or both ) on the sounder ? - you certainly call it well when you are about to get hit 👍
Thanks heaps mate! I keep an eye on both. The side scan helps me locate where the schools fish are, I then set drifts back over where I saw them. I keep an eye on the downscan to see when I’m drifting over fish so I’m ready for the strike. I try and keep the lure right under the boat when drifting those deep reefs with a lot of current so the down scan gives you a good indication of when you’re going hookup because you see the fish appear just beforehand.

Yeah I’ve haven’t fished there much but think it’s got good potential for not only bream but other species as well.
Thanks for the info it’s a great help.
Bagged out on snaps yesterday using your method.
Left them biting too.
They smack the plastics.
Subbed.
Thanks man, I’m glad it helped. 👍🤙

What brand are those sun gloves that you're wearing?
Diawa I believe is who make them from memory. The tackle warehouse is where I get them if that helps.

Nice vid 👌
Thanks mate! 👍🤙
I thought it would be catfish city nice job.. mite give it a crack friday
Yeah didn’t get any catties which is good. I reckon if you used bait they’d make a pain of themselves but on lures you tend to avoid most of them.
