Quick question bro. I have a 1999 state quarter. Pennsylvania coin and where the mint mark is its like a whole puncher squeezed it but didnt go all the way through. I never seen anything like this before. Would u know the type of error it would be considered? Can i send you a picture. I know u get this questions all day everyday just looking for some help thank you. I e been collecting for over 20 years i just cant figure this one out lol 😂

I have a New Hampshire 2000 with no mint mark seems like no one can help me with my collection you should see all i have been collecting all my life...
Since he hasn't answered yet I'm going to try to if you can pick up that penny with a magnet it's worth shitloads of money because it's a steel penny so check that if it doesn't hold on to a magnet then I don't know what to tell you after that but literally steel pennies are worth thousands of dollars from the 1943, they used all the copper for bullets so they used Steel to make the penny coin

I just did the research on them and if you can pick up a 1943 penny with a magnet it's only worth around 30-40 cents, potentially a dollar given that it's a steel penny. If you can't pick up the penny with a magnet then it could be the rare copper penny, it also has to weigh 3.1 grams. The coin shouldn't have any tamperment in the design of the coin as well, if it does it could indicate that the coin is a fake.
Man Stevie wonder could see those errors you put up haha there's hardly any need for a microscope or magnification there, been finding loads of cool quarters with errors on them I live in Ireland had to buy them online but you'd need magnification to spot all the errors on them and there's lots of them I found ..
You're one of the only guys in here that teaches about coins that actually answers questions! Some of these other sites just make me angry because you ask him a question and then a year later they haven't even looked at it
