To be fair, the only absolutely undodgeable attack in this boss fight also drops a bomb on your lap right beforehand for you to juke it with

the “bomb tax” attack spawns a debris with a green outline nearby before it starts. you’re supposed to break it and collect the bomb so you can avoid the damage
