I purchased one of these sticks today. I have an Apenzeller and she is 8 mo old and a very aggressive chewer. We have gone thru shoes, chairs, kong toys, a nyla bone that she chewed off the end and swallowed. I have benebones but I am not a fan of the small plastic fuzz that she manages to scrape off of the bone. I have even shaved them down once they get too fuzzy. I am hoping that this chew toy will satisfy her as she is always drawn to sticks when she is out on a walk. She is working on it now as I type so we shall see how this goes.
@@Matt-ti8ol She is still a big chewer. Morning walks always result in a stick being brought into the house and turned into wood chips. She has stopped chewing legs of chairs...that I am thankful for. We have tried coffee tree sticks but that only reinforced her wood chewing so we stopped. The benebones are the more durable. Some toys get chewed and thrown away. No matter, we still love her.
Hello! I live in Gettysburg and have an 8-month-old male toller. I’m curious how big is sable now that she’s fully grown? Height at the shoulder and weight? I’m trying to determine how much more my guy will grow.
@@ericwalker8993 I might suggest you take a look at our other videos of Sable growing up - we gave height/weight at each month interval so you should be able to get a sense of how long that lasted! I'd say Sable is definitely on the small side.

Good luck! I hope that it goes well for your pup! Let me know what you think!
A few months on, how has it gone?

We're practically neighbors! She is about 35 pounds and 18.5 inches at the shoulders. I know males tend to be a little larger!
@@ADuckTollerNamedSable sounds like they are about the same size right now. I’m assuming he’ll stop growing at about 12 months but we will see!
