How brave of the UK Parliament to use the word "spirituality." In US, government won't use that word in it's real meaning. In USA, "spirituality" means "religion." In fact, religion is an opposite of spirituality. Religion binds, spirituality liberates. That's my definition. AI can't have "a mind. AI can't have "consciousness." Mind / Consciousness results from the holistic interaction of sensory input (outer - such as touch, taste, and inner- such as nausea, chills, chakra related energy), the outer world, and our memory and connection with the universe over time.
