Tom , put some galvanised angle iron on all the fibre glass corners where cows travel , it will protect the fibreglass from wearing out . did it on ours at the start and worked a treat . the last thing you want is water getting behind the fibreglass . Wareings should be able to get you some. it doesnt need to be thick steel as its not structural , its just a wear plate in effect
pretty sure we did 6 *6 angle iron to get the fixing bolt s off the corner
and don't use the pressure sprayer on those chipped corners or you'll risk the whole this delaminating from the wall
I have used this exact model many times in Farming Simulator 22.😂😂 Works perfectly every time.
What a surprise to get a video today! Luke is a wonder and he takes care of the parlor as though it was his own. Love the grease gun...necessary with all your equipment but it still qualifies as a man-toy. lol Your Dad looked really happy with his new coat. And Harvey is Precious!!! Good to see Jo as well.
Nice foam cannon and some APC will help break down the crud before pressure washing it off.
Put some edge trims on the walls to protect the fibre from being banged and cracked. Water can get behind it and ruin it. For those damaged areas treat it with some resin to stop any more ingress.

Metal corner bead will protect that fibreglass corner tom 👍 hope you, the family and the pembertons team had a lovely christmas!
I would use Acrovyn. It’s used for corner protection in Hospitals. Doesn’t rot and generally takes a real bashing from trolleys and the like. Plus you can get it in numerous colours
The family is blessed with a wife and baby take plenty of pictures kid's grow so fast
The grease gun is a good toy to enjoy playing with, it only takes 5 minutes to grease most machines and I generally do it as they warm up for a days work, keeps the machine tight and saves money in the long run

regarding your video. i watched it on my phone , when you chaged over. lovely setup. i used to milk cows, actually miss them . thats why i appriciate what you do. we had jars down the middle. dont laugh. its got to be better for you, moreso your lovely mummies. i see them at shows, and watch them all day, remenbering what they were like with me. we had a blind cow once. still got her in and out, she was beautifull. i would talk to the cows. love them. and calves are beautifull. i really hope you and every farmer has a better 2024, cause everything seems against you for too long. its not fair. you all work so hard and deserve much more. keep smiling and happy team tom.

Karcher box. It's either a hot pressure washer or a hot pressure washer. I actually really want a karcher high pressure coil, but nothing else from the machine. I can use that coil to make a very good heat exchanger for professional carpet, tile, stone, and concrete cleaning.

Nice new jet wash keep away from frost and when you’ve use it on hot run down on cold helped keep one I used good for 15 plus years

I bought a hot washer and put it in a stationary spot and put the hose on a reel with a long hose ideal for doing the parlour and washing machinery the reel is ideal too keep the hose out of the way have a tractor washer put would use the hot washer nearly every week

Brilliant machine used to use one for 4 years 5 days a week cleaning off hire plant ..... protect it or drain it down from frost when it's on board water tabm freezes it's a rite bugger also keep a stock of the machine yellow bottles if it runs out it stops it from working
The way my dad taught me to do the grease gun and cartridge is take both the caps off shake the top upside down towards the ground so abit comes out and then wipe your finger to shape it into a cone so when your screw the cartridge in it gets the air majority of it out to limit and stop air locks, also when you screw the cartridge in font screw it all the way in tight just go a couple of threads then release the handle you pulled out so it pushes the air out and cycle the grease gun to prime it then do it up, also I over grease the tip of the grease nipples so dirt sticks to the dirt and not the nipple and also keeps mud and muck out of and blocking the grease nipple, I hope my madness method helps 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hope you sorted the karcher out. If anything like my old one. You set the machine as norm. But when you lower the pressure on the lance. It draws up and mixes in the soap. But give a min ti make it through.
The small container you put in the new steam cleaner is for water softener, I’ve you want chemical you put that into the on board storage under the white flaps next to the red flap
The Milwaukee grease guns is one of the best investments I have made being a plant operator saves so much time

There's an enzyme wash you can poof-mop on to the top of the hardware along the runs and let sit for a bit before doing the pressure work. "car wash mop"
You _definitely_ want to get a second gun for that washer that will take their turbo-nozzle "Dirt Blaster Rotary" if it didn't come in the kit. And a riot shield to hold up while you use it to clean all that gating and hardware.

Might have already been said but that cartridge is water softener not soap. Soap goes in the yellow flaps on the back.

Tom on the top of the grease gun handle theres a tab that lifts out for the strap to hook onto, then it sits level
Some advise with the karcher Tom. Make sure you run lots of cold water through the machine after using on steam. Trust me, karcher are Not cheap, and I would say it most likely to be cheaper to have your local case deal out than it will be karcher. Good luck.

We have this exact pressure washer for cleaning our 55 stables and indoor arena every year, it’s brilliant!
I use a tube of grease a day in excavation, I've tried Lincoln, ryobi, Dewalt and Milwaukee grease guns. Milwaukee is the only one that will take the abuse for a year or more. The batteries are by far the best.

i would suggest maybe as your looking at grease look at getting one that is a light color, a shop i worked for used a light green high temp lithium grease...general purpose..but the color was also a indicator that was used for when to grease would see when clean grease came out greasing and could see the dirt as it progressed in the joint...
