  • In this video, our two daughters give a complete tune up to our new to us farm utility vehicle.
    We were quite amazed at the capabilities of this old Geo Tracker.
    Teaching our kids how to back up a trailer with this smaller vehicle really makes it easier.
    Stay till the end and see this little Tracker in action!

    Why do you need a gun on your hip to fix a car? Is it a maturity thing? Most people grow out of this at high school age.

    • @9252LIFE
      @9252LIFE  ปีที่แล้ว +75

      I only take it off while I’m sleeping.. and yes with maturity you’ll learn that having this tool could save your life some day.. I do hope that one day you will grow out of it. Take care my friend.

      For animals, people. and plus working on your car is a very vulnerable time. guess for someone that has never worked on their own car let alone in a driveway or random parking lot it can be very dangerous. Plus he has his family/daughters safety to worry about.

They will realize how blessed they were with a dad who isnt in the "This can only be done by boys" camp, but opened all doors for his girls. Well done dad. GREAT JOB Dad. I'm in my 60's and grew up on a farm. There was no boys or girls work there was just work. I still work on my own cars. Not as much as I used to but I can if I have to. I also taught my daughter how to do alot of just general maintenance. We still live out in the sticks and that knowledge has come in handy. Love the looks when I pull over to help a male and get him back and going on the side of the road.

    At the time my boyfriend ( few years later my husband) taught me how to drive in winter and what to do in a skid, also taught how to change a tire, fill all the fluids, change the oil, charge & change a battery. Then he taught all our kids. Also working on all the farm equipment as well.

    I very seldom comment on anyone's post. I really felt it necessary to do so today. God Bless You, for being so patient and teaching those beautiful girls something that they can use their entire lives. Also; even more importantly, teaching them if they want something they have to work for it which is something that really has been lost on the younger generations today.
    I read through some of these posts and like always I get so discussed at what some people comet on. You're doing a fine job in my opinion teaching YOUR children what you know will help them in life. I'm in the "last leg" of life now, and I so very happy that I was able to teach my children important skills that they have taken with them throughout their lives. When they get older they will ALWAYS appreciate what you teach them everyday.

    I remember learning geometry and algebra in high school, haven't used what I learned in those classes since. Also, around that time, one summer I helped my father fix up a car, I've been using those skills still to this day 20 years later

    The kids are lucky. My dad was a mechanic and he never explained nothin' to me. He just wanted me to watch. I'd hold a flashlight or do this or that, but I had to teach myself all of this.

    Every time I see one of your videos, I admire what a good father you are. One day, one of these kids is going to be broke down somewhere without you, and everything you have taught them is something that could extricate them from that situation. Not to mention, I think you make it pretty fun for them. Bless your family! =)

    It is great to see kids working on cars and learning along the way. You are an awesome dad to spend time with the kids and teaching them maintenance on cars that will save them money in the future. Great job!

    Loved this video, but what really made it for me was Autumn's eye roll at the very end. That just amused me to no end... more than it really should as I have an early teen girl who is just a couple years from being there myself.

    Chad great job teaching them but don’t expect them to remember everything this first time, I think you are doing great stopping them before they mess parts up. You have remarkable young ladies. Love 💕 y’all!
