We're back on Cobblebottom Row again today and I have a new family moving in to introduce you to! We make a start on the exterior and introduce the family today, ENJOY!

I feel like having a loft bedroom for Sage would be really cute, maybe they converted the roof section into a bedroom for him just so he could have his own space and he thinks it’s really cool to have an attic bedroom, I’d love to see the roof space used in some sort of way like that I feel like the family would be creative enough to accomplish it and make it a nice liveable space full of earthy tones and plants just so they a bit more room in the mean time whilst they look for their dream home to truly settle down in! I feel like Fern would’ve made it into a renovation series too for her content and she renovated it to spite the landlord or maybe the landlord let her so he could get some online clout 😂. Maybe they got inspired by those A-frame houses that are usually embedded in a rich forested area, and they like the idea of using up a space that would otherwise go to waste. Just a thought! Love your videos always you are my ultimate comfort creator. ❤
Honestly hope they never fix the camera in this game so we always get to see your reaction when you suddenly fly away 😂 lovely build as always, loving how this road is turning out!
Paint the side of the shed facing Rose's garden white :) I'd imagine Rose painting it to suit her garden
Loving the Henford on Bagley builds so much, it's always been my favourite world! I think Rosemary might splash white paint on the side of the workshop that's facing her garden, possibly even grow some greenery up it so it's not so intrusive against her white colour scheme. x
Might be kind of cute to add in the chalk hop scotch drawing either on the back sidewalk or the front like maybe Sage drew it on there to play outside? 😊
Not the bare feet 💀 have you seen that tiktok of that couple who cut the soles off all their shoes so they could walk around bare foot in shops without getting kicked out lmfao
The thing is, we’re all supposed to be bare foot, if I could get away with it, I’d do the same lol (not in shops though, that’s a bit far even for me)
Walking barefeet could help a lot with having flat feet, and was actually recommended by pediatrician for my aunt . Though obviously she wouldn't walk barefoot in the city or to store, but only in her garden. However, MOST of us should be wearing shoes. They protect your feet AND allow you to exert significantly more force during walking or running than being barefoot. I work in a nail salon so I have seen a LOT of barefoot people suffered from their toes having arthritis and the soles of their feet are really sensitive to roughness and heat.
I'm from a tropical country, parasitic disease such as hookworm are quite common, so...haha I agree, barefeet give me the ick.
I love bare foot, I do it school runs. I blame it on the fact that i have adhd and forgot to wear them I have less funny looks 😂 apparently being one with the earth and grounding is too much for the yummy mummy's 😂 so the adhd seems more acceptable to them
Look up the technique of grounding, its basically a natural anti inflammatory remedy

This is amazing! The Evans seem like great people to have as neighbors, and maybe once you get the landlord in and turn this into a residential rental, you could add Rose's dog to her household?

just an idea but how about tool adding the marble ring and hopscotch on the street next to the tent? so the kids have a bit more stuff to do.
If you're going to make this a residential rental (I know they're pretty broken :/) you can still give Rose a dog as they will each count as their own household that way!
I love the Evans family. Poor Daisy, what have you been feeding her! I remember my childhood Staffie having the most noxious farts, especially in the car.

I thought "tickety-boo" was just another Aden-ism, but then I saw someone say it on The Great British Baking Show and realized it was actually a phrase the British say now lol.

Yes!! My little sister and I used to yard camp all the time when we were younger. The nights under the stars in the country side was the best!!
I love all the sims for this lot! I can’t wait to see the interior furnishings for this one, I imagine it being a lot of eco lifestyle and cottage living vibes. The family is adorable and all of their names are perfect 🥰

I really like how this ones looking so far. Might be my favourite, not sure yet. I do think the shed is enormous though, I know for the purpose of actually being able to use the space it should really be 3x3 but for a garden shed that feels huuuuuge. Jurys out on the window, too.

I have a staffy who is a farty bum, he used to gobble his food down in like 3 mouthfuls and was taking in a lot of air, we got a lick mat and a slow feeder bowl for him, it didnt totally stop it but it helped ♥

the builds are coming out amazing! When it comes to the future converted school apartments build maybe creating a basement level will open up the build to have 4 apartments? Like they could be small studio flats with a separate entrance similar to the butler's entrance at the Hall.
this is the first time i've seen Aden not call the eaves "flaps" (which always reminds me of a l4bia for some reason 😭😭(filth))
Also, I would paint the back side of the shed which goes into next doors garden pink "in protest for the hideous shed"
28:47 Yes! Me, my sister and a couple of cousins camped out in my grandma's backyard one time. We ended up spending half the night inside because it started thunderstorming. We still had fun watching MASH reruns in the basement though. lol
Currently on holiday in Cornwall, it is absolutely beautiful here (never walked so much in my life!) I am getting a lot of inspiration for Sims builds 😂

This family looks lovely! Love the barefoot grounding aspect too! I have grounding mats everywhere in my flat 😅 I wish they included things like that in the eco lifestyle pack- like linen fabrics, grounding shoes etc. Maybe they’ll drop it as a boho pack or something 🙄 I’d love a gameplay clothes making setup, with dyes and sewing. A loom would be so fun too for making rugs and other bits.
What’s new with me? Hmm well my health hasn’t been great recently- Covid knocked the wind out of me, so I spent it indoors but still thoroughly enjoyed the long bank holiday weekend. My best friend and I binged the “Bon Jovi story” and “only murders in the building” with yummy munchies. Haven’t had sugary cereals for years so we got some- “seriously cinnamon” and a knock off of “lucky charms” (was another American brand) cuz there wasn’t any in store, only to find out it didn’t agree with me and I broke out in hives 😬 read the side of the box, it said it it has an ingredient that has an adverse affect in the development and activity of children 😐. Binned it after reading that. The one time I’m not mindful about reading the ingredients 🙂↕️.
I say “bar-th” personally but that’s the Londoner in me 😄 pronounce shit how you want I say 🤷🏻♀️
28:52 yessss my love of camping in general came from “camping” in the garden or even inside, draping bedsheets and blankets over chairs with my little fairy lights glowing and plump cushions on the floor ☺️ good times. Super excited for the vicar one, made me think of Dawn French in that show”vicar of Dibley” I think it was called 😆

I would love to see you try and build a lot based on the town of Bonifacio. For a bit of context this is what the amazing place is known for:
Bonifacio is a town on the southern tip of the French island of Corsica. It's known for its lively marina and medieval clifftop citadel. The 13th-century Bastion de l'Etendard houses a small museum with exhibits on the town's history. L'Escalier du Roi d'Aragon is 187 ancient steps carved into the cliff face. To the southeast, the uninhabited Lavezzi Islands, a nature reserve, have granite boulders and sandy beaches.
I would think you would love this architecture and l think you would smash a build like this! xx

I imagine that Fern is good friends with Fern from brindleton bay… maybe they went to boarding school together and maybe had a lesbionic fling, maybe they collab on their TH-cam sometimes however Casper/Jasper? And ferns partner clash over their flights to Bali damaging air, maybe they occasionally swap partners in the bedroom willingly as they believe that their love should be shared with like minded people, maybe they have also made advances on Rosemary whilst she prunes her rose bush. I think they also have clashed with the hadden-Cromwells over their eccessive lifestyles
my lil cousin name is Sage. She is the cutest little thing ❤❤
I think the cypress tree on closest to Rose’s house looks better than adding two. The other tree is clipping everywhere anyway and it makes the front look crowded

I imagine that the wind chimes in Rosemary’s garden are a present from this family (or vice versa) and the back of the shed that is in Rosemary’s garden should be like a pink or something like she said ok sure have your shed but this side of the wall is in my garden oasis so I’m going to make it mine
What I would do is paint the part of the jewelery shed white just to be friendlier neighbours just so she doesn't have this garish brown storage monument staring her down when she wants to use her garden. Just a lick of paint could change the dynamics of friendly or fueding neighbours 🥊 or 💐

Maybe the landlord didn't take much care of the hedges and trees in front or back, so before the family moved in, Rose and her son did their best to keep them alive/not overgrowing onto the sidewalk. Now that the family has moved in with their ecological knowledge and actual will and time to take proper care of them, they're flourishing!

Hi guys, I am looking for some advice! I had a Decades Challenge game going for about a year now but something (probably a mod) went wrong and I had to uninstall/reinstall my game. Stupid me forgot to save my gallery and tray files and now I can't find my Victorian British builds. I have tried every combination of descriptive words on the gallery but they are all too old to show up and I can't remember any of the names or creators. I can cobble together the farm, boarding house and general store from builds in game but my skills are limited so need a pub, a church and a school. The pub I had was based on a real British pub and was exactly what I needed. It was dark brick with living space upstairs. It reminded me of a pub my friends and I used to visit in a Lincolnshire village. I don't own 4 Rent so don't want an inn. Any help would be much appreciated! xxx
