Super video thank you. The 70.3 and full are on the same day. Presume the bike is two laps and will be well marked t2 left - lap two right. Run something similar. What about the swim???

Yes all clearly marked on the cycle and re the swim it will be very clear on the day (different colored turning bouys for a start if I remember correctly) - the organises also have planned for all 70.3 swimmers should all be in the water by time full gals/guys start so no real chance of getting confused/following the wrong draft 😀 good luck and let us know how you get on!

Difference between full and half swim all self explanatory on the day!!! Just follow the masses in front of me.6:23 total time. Super course and venue. Happy days.

How long are the bike aid stations? Essentially, how long do you have to fill a front aero bottle? Great detailed video, thanks.

500-600 m from my experience - so make sure you get water bottle at 1st chance and then prob 5-10 secs to fill as much of your front aero bottle as possible - I easily can get mine half full that will cover me at least to next aid station

What are your thoughts on using disc wheels?

Yes on this course if you have them / you can get great return on the flat coastal part for sure
