      Counting calories is fine in healthy amounts but when you become obsessed with things like burning off all the food you’ve eaten etc is when it becomes disordered eating so please be careful with that sort of thing

    Do you ever experience that you’ stand every hour but, your iWatch doesn’t record the stand time?? Can you suggest what to do so, the iWatch records actually when we’re standing?

    Yes you can adjust ALL the rings. You can change it through the Apple Watch app. I have my stand set to 8 hours and my friend has hers set to 60 mins of activity

    Dont worry Im just as obsessed with putting my watch on in the morning/after my shower!
    Also, I had no idea about the total calorie thing and Ive had mine for a year and a half!! thank you!

      @@alexfierro3009 go to the activity app on the Apple Watch and on first screen go all the way down to change goals and go up or down and press next to go to next one till you find it.

    I charge mine once
    And it holds up for two days 😜
    I make sure before i sleep I turn it off that way it can stay for two days one time charge
    Btw great video! I wanted to know exactly abt the total calorie burns and how to deficit, u made it clear! Thank you so much

    Does the total calories under the red ring include calories under the exercise ring or are they separate ? I want to know the total for weight loss

    You can adjust your stand ring. Mine is at 7hours .
    The competition is VERY motivating. If you need a community and motivation definitely do the competition. You can do it with strangers if you get the “challenges” app!
    It also tracks your sleep, I don’t know if it’s a new update but I have the series 3.
    Charge wise mine last 2 days without charging.

    I have a question and I’m hoping someone out there reading this can help me... on the daily summary view on the activity app, under the move section there is a “total cal” number, ex: total 1,296 cal. What does this mean? It’s different everyday and it’s mostly higher than my active cal burned for that day... any help is appreciated!

      Hey that normally means your total daily expenditure which part of that has to do with your body composition example being high age and weight pretty sure

    Fitbit is not always cheaper option. My Fitbit was 250.00 and is waterproof with swimming option as excercise. It does everything your apple watch does plus plus. But there are cheaper options. Great video Fitty!! :)

    The comment you made about not being able to adjust. Your rings, is not entirely accurate. I had a series 3 all you Gotta do is go down after you get into the watch hit the go in the activity scroll down to set goal. It’ll start off with your move. Set that to whatever you want the next wanna be your exercise and you can go as low as five minutes. I forget how high you can go. You can also adjust your stand. The lowest you can go with that is six I have mindset to 10 for the time being, but yes you can adjust all three of those rings I’m sure somebody else has already commented on that but that’s my $.10 bit
