Communities like these are wonderful, my pro tip for prospective buyers is take a closer look at the WestBay and CasaFresca models. I live in a similar community in south Hillsborough County called Triple Creek. These two builders are essentially the same company, but their build quality has been overall quite good. Hire an inspector of course, but these builders are among the favorites of folks living in our community. :)

If you like quiet, look at Belleair and Indian Rocks. If you want to be in the action, Clearwater, Madeira, and St. Pete Beach are the way to go.
