So is the water added just to keep the dust down or does it also help with removal? I know a guy who has an enclosed dust booth and it is a nightmare how much dust fills the air, this looks like it catches 99% of the dust.

Is this not just pressure washing?

This machine uses abrasive to remove coatings and profile metal. A pressure washer won't profile, uses a lot more water, and usually will not remove paint. Pressure washers may be suitable for some jobs like removing light grime from concrete, but not for industrial surface preparation.

Im sorry, but 45 degree angle? You been wasting a lot of time by doing it wrong man 90 degrees straight on or your just wasting sand and time. Unless other material somehow works better that way, and blowback is why you wear a air circulated hood man, and your not even using sand so why worry about blowback when it’s water? Lol I’m sure you guys do a good job, but damn that’s a lot more resources and time than you really need to get the same results, from one blaster to another.
