    I think this is the best video that explains salesforce in a clear cut way.
    Before watching this video i have a doubt that if i used to learn this technology then what i have to learn after few years?But surprisingly i have the answer(from this video) that salesforce will be out there for the next 10 years as there is no strong competitor next to salesforce.

      I worked at sfdc for over a decade, good luck getting anyone to tell exactly what the app does, and does not do, just expect alot of fluffy bullshit pie in the sky marketing drivel about how its going to make all your dreams come true, just make sure to sign up for 3 years at a time or else you will get spanked on annual renewals, the place seriously gets high on its own supply and believe their own bullshit if you catch my drift...

    Salesforce is like RDBMS, but running on cloud with additional bells and whistles, sleek UI and code abstraction for more user friendly experience. I had a similar concept in my mind when I was in teens and used databases for the first time, LMAO. I just wasn't as resourceful back then 😅. Great explanation David! Earned yourself a subscriber 😎

    Thank you for this explanation on salesforce. Because I only have heard of salesforce as being a CRM as the company I worked was using it in 07 on the sales side. I’ve been researching careers. I can transition into inttect, and I kept hearing people mention salesforce. My cousin is also a software engineer, and works in salesforce as well or maybe he works for salesforce. But I had to get more information since I keep hearing salesforce continuously.

    This is the first time I am seeing an overview about Salesforce. Looks very nice, but I haven't been a user. I wonder if they are extending their functions to HR, Procurement and Finance & Accounting. Any idea what they use? Or do they just recommend other products from their app store.

      Highly recommend apex academy ! I just finished David’s 15 week course and his project . I felt really good about completing the project as it gave me a boost of confident that hey I can learn some coding if I keep at it . I am in the same boat been in the ecosystem for two years now
