No cutting at all. Everything installs super easy with the GPM adapter. I also sell those too… just need a servo horn. For now just using stock esc/bec and installing an #castle xlx2 soon
Thank you for the video, the stock servo horn had those two screws holding it like it was supported to the chassis, is that two screw deal not used with the new servo?
Nice video. I am thinking that with the chassis slap on that bottom piece and how close the servo is to it, would it make sense to put something to absorb the shock like some sorbothane. I’ll check that out when I upgrade mine. Shame that the stock esc doesn’t allow increased voltage to the servo for more speed/torque. But I’ll probably replace the esc at some point. Let me know if you have anymore get togethers like the Orting ones. Hurricane
Hello rcmadness cd u pls tell, I have the gpm bellcrank for the xrt installed and i just want u to ask, i look for a stronger feather for the servo safer in that bellcrank, can u tell me what and were can i buy it? Or u have such in ur small Shop? Thank u
No idea how you got that in. Doesn't show the link getting install. Truck apart in 5 minutes. An hour trying to get linkage in. Just pops the stupid ball out everytime. Truck thrown and battery straps broken. Off to another video.
Nice upgrade!
Def. one of the very first things I'd be doing to this truck straight out the box!!!
Thanks man, can’t wait to run it on 8.4
I literally just ordered this Servo online for my x-maxx running Sledgehammer tires right out of the box can't wait to see what this Servo can do
Great upgrade and awesome run, cool RC
Did you have to cut some of the plastic to fit the servo? You running the servo off the vxl 8s' 6V bec?

Yes I believe so if it's a 25t
