Pretty sure he got shot after he sniped the guy there, so it wasn't a snipe through flinch. But I agree, flinch on snipers isn't that much of an issue if you build into flinch resistance. And it's even less of an issue if you just get good and hit them in the head before they even get a shot off on you. The main problem with sniping right now is always having to hunt for ammo/feeling like you don't have enough because if you miss your 1 bullet, that's it.

I always liked these veist snipers, but i never had the right roles, so i ended up landing on Omniscient Eye, which to this day is one of my better snipes. Snap No Distractions is extremely nice.

You should try mechurial with fluted, firmly planted, opening shot, short action stock and whatever mw but obviously handling is goated, one of if not the nicest feeling snipers ever
Actually I Lie, you can get better, Hammer-forged, Ricochet rounds, FP, OS, Short-action Stock and a stability MW gives you 95 Range, 99 Stability 100 handling and ton of other hidden stats

Mercurial can get this roll. I have one w\ fluted, ricochet, FP, OS, short action, and a handling mw. It has 92 handling and 72 range. I did the dim glitch on it to get snap in place of firmly, and have always debated switching back because snap is hardly noticable w\ 92 handling and a targeting adjuster.
