Hi everyone! If you have any question let me know in the comments, I will reply everyone! :) Just wanted to add a few extra points to conclude the video: 1) About making an AI logo app today: I know some people will be tempted to launch an AI logo making app after watching this. This is probably a terrible idea! It worked for me mainly because of the timing. The fact that I was first to market gave me a massive advantage. I didnt do much marketing other than adding the app to a few repertories. But today, most people heard about it already. Does it means you should only launch app using shiny new tech? No! Opportunities like this happens once every 2 years. Don't rely on it! Instead, learn proper distribution channels like Ads, SEO, cold messaging, etc. 2) About shipping apps fast: I know devs are tempted to make what they think is the best app possible, but keep in mind that unless you've got paying users telling you what they want, you're gambling your time. If you spend 6 months making an app no one wants, you will never make your time back. It's way better to launch something with 1 or 2 features in a week, then talk to users to improve it. Read "The Mom Test" if you want to learn about talking to users. Have a great day, and remember, you just need to win once to change your life. The video took me over 100 hours of work, so let me know if you enjoyed it, that way I know if I should make more or not :)

What Tech Stack did you use to develop the app? As a developer I tend to think in developing it all from 0, but maybe there are some cool tools I do not know about that help you speed the process! At least for this prototype version.. Thanks in advance, and great video, very interesting!

Great video, you mentioned on your blog that you learned Python but you no longer use Python anymore. My question is what do you use in place of Python? Cheers 👍
That's highly unlikely, there might be some resemblance but each generation is unique, might be one chance in a billion that 2 logos are the same (probably less than that)
Hey, I do have some question how were u able to code all of it within just 3-4 months of coding knowledge? If you are okay with saying, what did you study in that 3 months, and lastly what did u use to generate the logos themselves, As you did say that u didnt create the AI, how were u first to the market? u did create the logo for your other app with someone else's logo maker, right? Thanks a lot! 😄 Technically I published a few gaming videos 10 years ago, does that count? 😆
Very Inspiring. Are you an experienced youtuber? Why can't i see any more videos on your channel?
I posted some videos a looooong time ago, but they didn’t had real editing, this is my first video on which I really worked on :)
Nice! I had the same idea on my backlog. Glad it worked out.
What Tech Stack did you use to develop the app? As a developer I tend to think in developing it all from 0, but maybe there are some cool tools I do not know about that help you speed the process! At least for this prototype version.. Thanks in advance, and great video, very interesting!
I started with vanilla JS/CSS and HTML, but now I use Nuxt and Tailwind for complex apps!
Use whatever works for you, but keep the same tech stack, else you will waste hours re-learning everything
Nico, you're funny dude. 😂
bro, nice video!! where are you from??
Thanks!! I’m from France 😄 But I live abroad now
I have been trying to think of ideas, some came up and vanished, I have been trying hard and best to launch something, learning to code and trying my best to do so. let's hope, things work out.
Good luck! If you need ideas I have another video on how to get ideas :)
@@Jeannen I watched the second video, great insight
@@MWT23 Glad you like it! 😁
1000th sub!
Ooh, thanks!! 😄
Great video, you mentioned on your blog that you learned Python but you no longer use Python anymore. My question is what do you use in place of Python? Cheers 👍
I use JavaScript now, it's much more versatile! :)
@@Jeannen Thanks for your reply. Best of luck with your channel 👍
This was like watching a documentary. Quite an experience to have! And congratulations on the sale.
Ooh, thanks! 😄
What about the random chance that the AI would generate a copy of an existing logo? Did you have any plans against that?
That's highly unlikely, there might be some resemblance but each generation is unique, might be one chance in a billion that 2 logos are the same (probably less than that)
inspiring sir
how did u learn to code ,any course or book suggestion ?
I documented everything in real time back then: jeannen.com/blog/learning-code-and-being-profitable-in-a-year
Good for you! I am in a similar process atm! so yes, good to know your process and insights! merci!
Thanks, and good luck!!
One year later...
Excellent story and pointing to resources. Love it and your process
One does not simply get lucky
Luck is when opportunity meets preparation
incredible video my friend, thanks for the inspiration!
(Sorry for asking so many questions) (I'm quite interested to develop something like this some day, i have learnt python, js, html and css as a start)
I wrote everything in real time on my blog back then: jeannen.com/blog/learning-code-and-being-profitable-in-a-year
I just added some links to the courses I took this morning :)
And I used base models with instructions specifically to make logos, which no one did back then!
@@Jeannen ah, makes sense, but wouldnt the models belong to the person who created it (I dont know much info regarding licenses), if that's the case how would you be able to monetize it?
@@JourneyOfPranav Whatever you create with the models is yours 😄 I pay to access the models, it’s like paying for any kind of service that allow you to create stuff (ex: Adobe products)
@@Jeannen Oh Nice then, thanks for the information man
Nice work. very inspiring
Thanks a lot!
WHAT? First video? Excellent work Nico. Thanks for the inspiration.
Technically I posted some videos a while ago but there was no proper editing, this one is my first 😁
which software did you used for video editing?
Premiere Pro :)
Wow! Amazing edit & storytelling Nico.
Thanks man!
This must be the best 'first channel video' in the whole history of youtube
Technically I posted some video that got no views 10 years ago, does that count? 😆
Amazing video, congratulations on your incredible success!
Thanks! 😄
@@Jeannen bientôt on espère ! Mais voilà c'était super, t'façon on te l'a dit de 300 façons différentes dans les coms, hâte de voir la suite :)
L'accent de bg, très inspirant ta vidéo, much love!
Merci!!
7:19 what happened here ? did you glitch ?
Morph cut transition that messed up 🥲
Grantdocks is a great tool if you need funding to start your business.
How ?
I need $34k for my business.
Good Morning Tylor , i just started my veteran owned landscaping company,, we are already up and running with a decent amount of large commercial contracts secured, my issue is i have funded everything out of pocket and i'm nearly out of money... Should the grantdocks be able to help vets secure funding?
Yes
Man the storytelling is on point. Congratz 🎉
Amazing EDIT! Nice story! Where did you edit your video? and... Where did you learn?
Thanks!
Made a list of resources here: x.com/nico_jeannen/status/1791063641460256945
you inspired me man, i will make my own startup
Do it!
Well done!! Amazing video, came from Twitter 🎉
Thanks a lot!!
Bro just motivated me
Hehe, thanks man! That was the goal of the video, motivate at least one person 😄
I can see why it worked. Look at your new youtube channel. It shows perfectionism from he first video...
Thank you please post more content on saas. It is pure gold.btw what is your tech stack or do you use nocode tools??❤❤🎉🎉
Thanks a lot, I will!!
I use Nuxt + Tailwind now :)
wow that amazing i wish i can do i myself
You can :)
awesome story man! inspired me to share mine how i sold two content websites with poor design for over $1mil.
Jeannen Sensei !!!!
Can we also sell unique websites and can i sell an app with ai singing/face detection like features ?
Also what editing software you use ...your video is so damn awesomeeeee
Anything valuable can be sold :)
And I use Premiere Pro + After Effect
Sensei,
Which programming language is best for making mobile + computer apps ?
(Java or JavaScript or any other?) ?
Do you have any idea because I want to make money by selling apps.
It will be of great help 😊
@@MahendraKumar-mk2li Javascript is the most versatile in my opinion. For mobile apps you can actually make a port of your web-app into a mobile app without having to re-code everything, that's what I do and it works wonder!
@@Jeannen Sensei
Thanks a lot
You know I tried to find tutorials for app making in ur YT channel
But this was ur first video 🤣
Do u have one (Tutorial)?
Thank you for your feedback, may I ask how did you build These websites ? Did you code them from scratch or used WordPress??
Coded from scratch :)
@@Jeannen oh that amazing and u only used html css and java script ??
@@NextGenGamezz Yes! But by JS I include NodeJS for the backend :)
@@Jeannen Thank you so much for your reply. I really appreciate it.
You are sooo inspiring!
Thanks!!
This is really inspirational. Was this a very technical project for you? How long have you been programming?
I wonder if I could do something with the very basic python knowledge that I already possess and learn what I need on the go. This would be a very specialized way of learning, I guess.
Tackling something and learning as you go. What do you think about it, mate?
inspirational!
Nico what's the best way to contact you?
Twitter, my DMs are open :)
awesome video! there was definitely more room for more content at the end, things you learnt etc, I could have continued watching for another 10 mins
That was. the original plan, but it would have taken me way too long and I was getting a bit burned out, so instead I added the conclusion in the first comment 😅
@@Jeannen Awesome job dude! you nailed it!
