    Really appreciate your insight. Still somewhat confused if mastery is the go to or still spi/haste. (or a balance) Looking forward to your HPal gear/stats breakdown. Thanks for all the work!

      @@JohnMainSilva int>spirit>mastery=crit=haste with some caveats I'll go into in the gearing video. All three non spirit secondaries have pros and cons but spirit is by far the best for any significant fight length. Int is quite strong but spirit is good enough that ilvl isn't always better than good itemization like for disc imo.

    Hey man, love the vids. Do you have any tips for 10man healing? eg. finding 6target lod hit is way harder in 10m and in general less opportunities for efficient radiances/lods so in that case do you still recommend prio lods/rads or go with wog build? how about glyph of holy rad finding 4stack of people in 10m is easier than 6 but then again gimping yourself on those big stack heal phases

      @@ad.cv97 glyphing lod is probably fine on some fights. Being good at finding max targets/aiming lod will increase your hps quite a bit. You will, however, have to take the L and wog more often in 10m especially if you don't have good positioning/a lot of melee/etc.
      Bugging your raid to stack/position better is annoying but is actually pretty huge for both hpal and priests.

    A lot of this seems to be very 25m specific 😭

      @doublezug7193  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@Shikaradin66 the only difference in 10m is less average radiance targets and a bit harder to hit six with lod. The math is the same. You'll probably wog more than on 25m on average but finding ways to maximize lod and radiance will increase your hps in 10m as well.

      it is very 25m speicifc, 10m wog/divine light and talent/glyphing for wog is better, theres really only 2 bosses where raidiance is useful unless youre coordinating alot of stacks, most of FL healing is single target spot healing with the raid spread

    • @doublezug7193
      @doublezug7193  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@siphonicatom1982 Yeah, on bosses that are pure tank damage youre obviously going to press more wog and less lod/radiance.

    I have done got to never using WOG I have removed it from binds/addon I only use it in arena, if your target is bellow 35% everyone is low and LOD is way better, WOG is almost always waist.

    My HL does 9,9k on myself whereas DL does 26k. Considering that I only have 7,8k SP unbuffed the HL on beacon (or self) value should be comparable to your model. So why is DL on beacon so low? It should be around ~28k considering your SP. Also HL and DL make use of Mastery. This should be the baseline for direct heals. You also modeled this for the spells but decided to go with the basic heal (no beacon, no crit, no mastery) for those spells in the "Healing per Cast" list. Also HL on that list has 10.511 where as the baseline (base heal + spellpower) is already 10.830 in your model.
    DL on beacon should roughly have 34k and DL would sit at around 49k surpassing Radiance (5 targets) by far.
    I was pretty surprised when I saw that Radiance does use Mastery and places an Illuminated Healing on everyone. This does count as a direct spell? Only Protector and Beacon don't use Mastery?

    • @robertzimny7829
      @robertzimny7829 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Radiance is still a “direct heal” because you have to directly target a player. LoD and Beacon aren’t having you directly target a player

      @doublezug7193  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@philippkrug4827 it's not healing per cast it's healing per cast time. I probably should have titled the list better. So it's the healing of divine light divided by the cast time which is ~2s after haste and the healing is including expected value of crit and mastery.
      Only the initial heal of radiance procs mastery, the hot does not benefit from it at all (however it can crit).

    • @philippkrug4827
      @philippkrug4827 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@robertzimny7829 This is partially corret. LoD does benefit from Mastery and therefore is handled as "direct healing" although you don't select a player. But the definition of "direct healing" you gave would exclude Beacon and LoD.
      @doublezug7193 That's the explanation I was looking for. ;) Maybe I have skipped or overheard what this table I supposed to show. But also considering the cast time makes sense and gives a better picture of the overall power of a spell.
      Then those results are quite suprising and I will try using this when healing as a Holy Paladin. Radiance felt overpowered but now I have proof.
