I love that you made it a point in your intro to identify science as not all-knowing. I often lack the awareness to recall the truth that science is still just human interpretation of the world. I often consciously think of science as an almost god-like being, infallible and all knowing. You're right though, science can't account for everything. Thanks :)

Astral projection is an unmistakable experience to be had :) been quite a while since I've ventured out of body. To anyone reading this who's experienced sleep paralysis... it's the gateway 💂🏽

I can relate to that electric feeling you experienced. I've always been able to wake myself up during it though. Sleep paralysis scared the hell out of me.

the furthest I've got to Astral projection was years ago when I was able to put myself in the paralysis, my entire body started vibrating intensely and violently and the sensation is what jolted me back awake, that's as far as I got and most people who have also told me about their experience have also only gotten that far too lol

very interesting .. subscribed.. if people knew this, they wouldn't be screaming and crying next to a loved one's bed when they're dying, they would be encouraging them to continue into a spiritual journey with smiles and positivity. . but maybe a soul incarnates here for a reason, and is meant to experience the human experience for something , reason being why most people dont realize this, maybe we're not meant to unless we choose to do it for ourselves, and it's entirely up to us.

I've astral projected. Initially sleep paralysis when I woke up one a bright sunny morning. Weird thing was I could feel and move my hands by my side even though I was looking at them next to my face. I could even clap my hands and HEAR them. Scary as.
Another time had sleep paralysis, similar thing but a weird noise then loud voice came into my head and said "come out and I'll show you!" No lie, I shit myself and forced my body to move.
The other time I had sleep paralysis I was determined to come fully out. I managed to relax further but move my astral hands, I could see black silhouette of them moving across my field of vision in the dark room. I then got out of my body, walked into the corridor and looked up stairs. Was weird, I couldn't look at my body though, like my vision blocked it. I then walked into the living room and levitated, that scared me and I fell back into my body.

You're a very intelligent man Tom. I've been watching some videos of others doing the same thing as you here on youtube and you seem to be the most genuine of them all. We are a spiritually depleted and materialistic society. We have lost faith in religion and government. Religion scares people but more of us are turning to old traditions and the ways of ancient cultures. Psychadelics are a tool for those who are willing and ready to evolve. Revolution evolution. Follow your heart, share your knowledge and the universe will reward you. Positive vibes :)

Anyone ever experienced like a half-awake lucid dreaming? What I mean is, sometimes when I take a powernap I can get into this mode where I can see my room, my bed and other stuff but my eyes are closed and I am conscious. They are often so strong visually that I don´t know whether my eyes are closed or not and whether it´s real or not. Then I open my eyes and realize that it wasn´t real. It´s not astral projection however since I see everything from my own body

This exact thing kept happening to me when I was constantly on adderal, and barely slept, when I did fall asleep it was from exhaustion, and I'd get stuck in this state, convinced that some of my friends were in the room with me, in my bed, sitting around, talking to me

I’ve astral projected many times but for some reason I’m always completely alone yet all these videos and explanations I see people always talk about these different entities like demons angels or lost love ones ect yet I’m completely alone every time does anyone know why?

damn I’m kinda mad at myself. I unintentionally reached the vibrational stage with the buzz in my third eye. I stopped it from happening and forced myself out of it. I was on the brink of an AP but I still have a fear of negative entities too.

your videos are great. And i love how you have lucid dreaming on this channel I've been actively practicing lucid dreaming for 5 years super obsessed for a while probably at the very least like you where, and I'm only 16. Its such a great thing, i hope i see it gain momentum like psychedelics seem to be doing! And I'm not 100% closed to the idea of OBE's but i feel it would be easy to prove, like just have something in a room the person has not seen and if they know its proof. Just a though. Keep up the great videos!

I've been getting sleep paralysis as long as I can remember, I thought it was something that happens to everyone. Usually I can't move but I feel as something is watching me, sometimes I'll hallucinate someone there, but the worst ones are where I can feel something on me but I can't move or scream to get it off, they scare the shit out of me, occasionally I wake up crying or screaming. But when I wake up, can move my body and come back to "reality" the fear goes away instantly and I realise what just happened to me and I try go back to sleep

if it seems like a negative entity, it's all in your mind, it may be an actualy being of energy and soul, but it only appears to be a "demon" because of the negative thought in your head.

my problem is when ever i realize i;'m dreaming it's because in my dream i'm put into some bullshit situation, and because of the nature of the situation i can eralize i'm dreaming, and out of spite i almost always instantly say "fuck this shit, i'm waking up" and right as i say that i start to wake up, only to be filled with regret knowing i could have easily taken control of my dream, haha

If you are having a hard time separating your astral body from your physical body during sleep paralysis, here is a little trick I have learned throughout my experiences. When you are in sleep paralysis, instead of trying to sit strait up, try rolling from your left to your right and left again and right. I always roll right out of my body and bed. Trying to sit up or lift your arms will bring on this crazy intense vibration, and feel like your astral body is being pulled like a rubber band back to your body. That realm can be pretty amazing, but in my experience also contains entities that can become aware of your being there so be aware of that.

interesting that you experienced something similar as me
once I realized that I was dreaming it turned into kinda bad trip and I wanted to leave it so hard. at the same time I saw my room, like to two realities, but I couldn't really get back to my body, as if my consciousnes was millions of miles anf miles away adn then suddenly I rushed through a tunnel in something like light speed back to my physical body..
for a moment when I opened my eyes I really thought I had died
hahaaha it was so scary, has shown me how little I know and how intense and huge it all can be

The first time i took 3 tabs i had a super intense astral projection and it was around christmas time. I remember sitting by my christmas tree on my couch and i tried to stand up, my vision turned into a camera on top of the christmas tree pointed towards me. This was the first time of me experiencing astral projection too so naturally i couldnt stop myself from saying "holy fuck, what the fuck" like 10 times and then i fell back onto the couch and my vision went back to normal, meanwhile my friend was hysterically laughing at me because i looked so retarded. But that shit was cray.

Very interesting but I'm not sure what the point of astral projection would be if it involves encountering horrifying negative entities? I understand this happening with psychedelics like ayahuasca because the dmt has actual healing properties. Wondering what people's goals or aspirations or possible benefits are with astral projection? Keep in mind I know virtually nothing about this topic. Thanks for any insight.
Oh yeah, also wondering what drew you to lucid dreaming and what goals or benefits you derive from this practice.
Cheers Tom, always enjoy your videos.

I think lucid dreaming is just knowing that you're dreaming and thus having the ability to dream as you like. Not in the sense that the dream should be manipulated but understanding that you are in one of the infinite multiplicity of possible dreams as to not identify with the dream that you happen to be in and thus not take it too seriously. I would even go so far as to say you're not the dreamer, that's universal consciousness or god or whatever you want to call it. You are merely the permission to dream, the capacity to feel god's presence in the oneness of nothing. I would argue this is not an experience in time because that would imply that the experiencer and the experienced are two separate entities, an insight perhaps.

this is no different from dabbling into the occult, ouija board, mediums etc, its just a different way of contacting the spirit world. The risks are bringing evil entities into your body and your life, a dangerous result from innocent curiosity, and really is it worth it. Demon possession may sound crazy to someone contemplating astral projection, and a positive attitide wont protect you from them like you think;.remember you are in their territory and you have to play by their rules. Go research more experiences before you get fully involved and weigh up the risks.
