    Love your videos man. I have a tip for you. When you’re in sleep paralysis and trying to astral project, wait for the vibrations to end. Think of it like the vibrations are a radio changing stations and your consciousness is tuning into your astral body. So once the vibrations end you’ll know for sure you can leave the body instantly

    Yes I did watch the full video :D BY THE WAY, last night I had my first lucid dream...I took me nearly a year, but to be honest I wasn't taking the practice very serious, but now that I know it is a real thing, I'll try more often!! Thanks a lot for your videos 😎👍

      I saw your message on Twitter! Congrats man. That's awesome. Keep practising, the first lucid dream is by far going to be the hardest to get - as you get familiar with the state, you'll start to become lucid from time to time naturally, and all the methods will also start to have a higher success rate.

    I have astral projected only once. It was very brief, and it felt like I was falling. Frightened the life out of me and I soon came out of it. Havent been able to do it since. I have also see someone astral project right in front of me too. A total stranger. I was in awe. It was amazing, and the feeling that came over me was an overwhelming sense of peace and warmth. I was talking to this person, and see them side -step from their body, my eyes just followed it, and for a t least 20 seconds, went back to their body. It was as clear as day. This was in broad daylight, and the person was awake.
    This experience was like seing someone's essence, spirt, or whatever else you want to call it, side - step out of their body. I have never seen this before, and haven't seen anything like it since. Whether or not this is the same is another thing. Has anybody else seen someone else do it? That feeling like you have met someone before, but you haven't. The stranger asked me if we had met, and naturally I said no. It was at this point I see them project.

    I had a similar experience to this earlier today feeling sort of like a formless orb how you described, the strangest experience for me was definitely the rope technique - I couldn't feel the rope but I could definitely feel the force of pulling myself up and my 'astral hands' or whatever pulling myself up, it almost felt like I was awake had my arms in the air and was doing it physically but I wasn't.
    It was mostly just blackness and saw images of female eyes pop up in the blackness occasionally and heard feminine whispers, as I pulled myself up higher I heard foreign music wind chimes and kids playing outside this sensation is indescribable don't even know how to write it haha. Then I opened my eyes tried to get up and felt like I was moving on a fixed axis then snapped back to my body again, I tried this a few times and kept snapping back to my body, eventually my vision moved to the centre of my room and I tried to move my head and arms but I couldn't I felt like I was a camera or something, it sort of felt like Google Street view. I got scared I'd be stuck like this and woke up shortly after.
    thanks for sharing your experience that's mine anyway haha
    not sure what to think of it and I'm openly skeptical

    I stick a playing card facing outward on my window. When I project I go look at it - haven't got it right so far lol. So as far as my experiments go I believe you're well and truly still inside your head. But! To me that's still fascinating. As Jordan Peterson says you can then explore your own subconscious. He suggested instead of flying off and whizzing about, just calmly explore the place you're in and talk to and interact with the characters you meet.

  • @elvanmorris3708
    @elvanmorris3708 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    You can astral project to a parallel universe or dimension where you find things slightly different in details, they worlds beyond ours are like radio frequencies , you can switch with astral projection where you can also find people that speak in telepathic ways , and night here is day over there and day here could be night over there . Reality is all about frequencies . I know this for sure . Exploring this path is life changing.

    Next time form your body so you can interact more, it sounds weird but visualise or pretend in your head that you do have a body.
    Youll materialise your astral body. Its form will probably be humanoid simce its what you're used to now.
    Usually your emotional state is what decides you look like though i.e if your happy you'll look friendly or normal (i.e not a threat to others)
    Anger sorrow hate depression are what make people look mis formed or twisted over there.
    With time you'll be able to mold and shape your astral body to whatever form you'll want.
    NOTE DONT THINK ABOUT YOUR HUMAN BODY OR YOU WILL PROBABLY END UP FAILING THE PROJECTION.
    Imagine your ideal body instead.

      @@mxnuuel4008 wild is a similar method to astral projection and takes patience for a beginner to reach sleep paralysis. WBTB combined with DILD is basicaly you waking up after 6 hrs of SLEEP, and going back to bed and you will get some extremely vivid dreams and if you do reality checks during the day you will do them in dreams and when you get extremely vivid dreams you will get lucid when your dream character realises you are dreaming. Regular DILD is you sleeping normaly but with reality checks. Im not 100% sure if i named them right but the methods are easy to follow, it shouldnt take you more than a month to get your first lucid dream if you have more questions ask

    I’ve done it but cannot do it at will. Most of mine have been “incomplete.” For example, one time I was blind. Another time the tips of my fingers were floating above my fingers. Other times were much better. The only advice I can give to anyone interested is this: If you start to vibrate and hear a loud buzzing noise with pressure, this is your chance. Stay perfectly still. Wait for the vibrations to pass. After they pass, it’s your opportunity to leave the body.

    Reason why I am binge watching your vids is because I had a lucid dream last night. I've had a couple of them before and studied them- but I want to take it more seriously this time. A lot of benefits from it and I might as well learn how to do it as it only takes 30mins each day to prepare for it.

    You can have a Lucid Dream-Induced Astral projection if you declare and intend basically to have ultimate and absolute clarity. If you intend to clear the illusion of the dream you will end up somewhere in a dimension or in this reality. You will end up astral projecting, the thing is as I have noticed that you are always astral projecting and when you are dreaming its almost as if you are dreaming inside the astral plane. Sometimes an astral projection can feel like its a dream and sometimes you are sleep-walking in the astral because you are dreaming.

    Stayed through to the end. Have been trying WILD, and/or listening to guided audio/videos to enter sleep paralysis, and usually not bring able to leave the lucid dream or sleep paralysis phase. I have had a couple experiences of what I would call "walking sleep paralysis" where I experience the feeling of terror similar to sleep paralysis, but in an ultra-realistic setting where I am walking around my room or crawling on the floor near my bed. I am hesitant to call this projection, as I have never stayed in the state long enough to look back and check on my body, nor do I feel or remember getting to the point of physical/astral separation, only that I am suddenly there and immediately uneasy. ;/ The journey continues! Best of luck to you!

      Logan moore I know your comment is very old but the reason that is, is because you have smoked (idk how much), your REM cycle becomes shorter and once you quit or take a break, something called REM recall occurs. This makes your REM cycles considerably longer. Now that its been some time, you probably haven’t had as many lucid dreams as you did when you quit because now (if you’re still sober), your REM cycle returned back to normal.

    It's wierd because I tried to lucid dream using the FILD method combined with WBTB. Then after maybe 5 minutes my head started to spin around like I was really drunk, (it lasted around 5 seconds) but I just accepted it and kept going. After that I was on my knees on my carpet next to my couch.(where I was sleeping) It was just like real life! Then I looked at my hand, I had 7 fingers! I looked at my hand for like 5 seconds. I started crawling back to my couch, then I felt really foggy and woke up.
    That was my first experience, wether it was lucid dreaming or an astral projection. Crazy experience!

    • @Tipharot
      @Tipharot  7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It was fun in the sense that travelling somewhere new and experiencing something new is fun - although for pure recreation I would choose a lucid dream over a projection any time.
      The way I'd compare the two experiences, at least for me, would be that a standard lucid dream is like playing some sandbox video game like Garry's Mod or something similar. Projection for me was like going on a guided museum tour. If you like learning new stuff and exploring new things then it's fun, but it's fun in a different way, less instant gratification.
      So I don't see myself ever really projecting purely for fun, but who knows!

  • @andyweb7779
    @andyweb7779 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I'm trying the Mugwort. Interesting stuff. Defo digs up old memories but in a very pleasant way, becoming lucid seems easier too. You realise things are out of place in the dream more readily so your lucidity kicks in. Dreams are very bright, deep colours, nothing wild, just vivid and bright and clear. On B6 my dreams were very dark and intense and harsh - I wasn't keen on that.
    I did my zen meditation within a lucid dream and as soon as I did I awoke, not with a jolt or anything. I then went straight on to astral project from that. Got the wave of vibrations going and my hands went astral, had that translucent appearance but couldn't get my hips disconnected this time. Alas.

    Very good on your first astral projection. It is 2021 now and we are in the age of aquarius which is the golden age and also where the 3rd dimension and the 5th dimension are colliding. Still most people think us chosen ones are conspiracy theorist which is hilarious because its all real. Astral projection is real actually realer then this "reality" and it actually is when your soul leaves your body. Also for the people saying that your soul cant leave well im here to tell you that your soul can leave your body in fact your body cannot even operate without your soul operating it. Our bodies are avatars a vessel in other words we control these avatars with our soul. You are not your body you are your soul so to simplify, your true for is your soul your avatar is just a glob of meat created for this matrix. Take a car and take you the driver you are inside the car. The car is our avatar our vessel and you the driver is our soul meaning we are actually inside driving or in other words controlling our avatar from within. Thats how we are able to move our body and not everyone have a soul. When the avatar die its just our soul leaving the avatar because the avatar is no longer alive.

    The details in OBEs are much clearer than they are in dreams and seem very realistic. But I've always had trouble reading things whenever I have an OBE experience. I've always figured that it may have something to do with the part of my brain that does the reading being asleep but the consciousness part of my brain being awake and able to observe (or imagine with great detail) the environment.

    oh and from what I've heard and read there are different I guess sections of the Astral relm. some very thought responsive and others very stable in that it's what in the etheric realms people see and think of the real world. so that bakery if it a place in the real world would be hard to change it in the Astral because of everyone else's thoughts about it that work there or even pass by it on the street. if that makes sense cx

      Just keep trying and you WILL have one if your doing everything correct. Takes time, maybe try FILD. it is when you wake up after 4-6 hours of sleep. Try not to move alot just turn off your alarm lay down (Whatever position is comfortable for you) and tap your index and middle finger very lightly like your playing piano keys. Like dont move them so much or you will be more awake and it won't work. So do it very lightly and after 30 seconds do a reality check as little movement as possible (Plug your nose and try to breath) doesn't need much movement. If you can breath you are in a dream and open your eyes. if it didnt work do it again and if it didn't work again go to sleep or set an alarm for 1 hour. after that alarm try this again. Many ^people say they have good succes whit this method. May not work for everyone. I myself tried it but i moved to much. Dont give up.
      P.S its normal that you didn't succeed be patient and you will have one soon

    I tried to project many times I almost succeeded twice but I was very scared and I went back within seconds. I want to suggest a reality check for you to examine whether what's happening is some kind a dream or actual out of body experience, allow someone you know to write something on a piece of paper and place the paper obviously without reading it, on the top of your wordrobe and read it when you are projecting next time.

    Can you form a lucid dream around you into an astral projection? And also is there any method, or any way to do an astral projection method you can do without sleep paralysis?

    I was visited by the Andromedans. one was white, the other was medium color and the last one was black. they all were bald and they came out my closet one at a time. it startled me because I was aware I was home alone and I could see them coming from my closet and quietly vanish though my front door.

    the main difference between lucid dreaming from astral projection (putting aside the full consciouness, which you dont have in lucid dreams), the astral projection can happen after the sleep paralises if you calm down and just think in leaving your body, while lucid dream you need to be sleeping to happen.

    I very much appreciate your views and perspective on even attempting to determine the differences between a WILD, LD or AP. I wish more people could determine this more frequently, so that I could get better techniques for each. I have noticed during my Oobes that I have been by my body both times, and could not seem to move. However you mentioned that your feelings are that we cannot or do not actually exit our bodies, which certainly seems to be logical, but i just am curious, have you read any of Robert Monroe books? He seems to have very specific and detailed records, hundreds of times including the difficulties, sensations and occurances before, during and after exiting hours body. Then describes the change in perspectives, differing sensations of body, the separate arms and legs of the external body, what he sees when exiting the physical and even attacks and sensations of beings on the outside of the physical, and places he went while outside of the physical while out. I think most of us are just beginning to utilize some extra sensory perceptions with mental projections versus an actual out of body experience. What are your opinions on how, or if we can achieve this outer body experience, and do you think it's possible, as Monroe did, that we can train ourselves to perceive, or go to different dimensions, or do you think those are mental projections or dreams?? Thanks for the vids btw! 😁

    Oh shit I just realized Ive come very close to astral projecting or may have done it on accident. I use the sleep paralysis method as a way to dive back into or deeper into my lucid dreams. (Just trial and error) But when you started talk about the vibrations and stuff that totally rings a bell!! Wow thats insane. I was visualizing a ladder and trying to get back to a dream I'd had that took place in the heavens.

    More on astral projection please, I’m bored with lucid dreaming OBE is way more fun. I projected last night but then it slipped into lucid dreaming? I left my body went through the window, found a dead relative but then went to my sisters old house where everyone was there? The next morning I was exhausted. What happened? Has anyone experienced the two in one night?

    hey, great video!!!
    I just have a question concerning sleep paralysis and lucid dreaming. in fact, last night I managed to enter a lucid dream thanks to the wild technique and hence sleep paralysis. However I woke up in the middle of the night in a state of terrible shivering. I was trembling of fear because I was hearing someone coming up the stairs to my bedroom. At this moment I wasn't really able to discern reality from dreaming and I supposed I mixed them up. It was really weird and left me highly anxious. During the rest of the night I got two more dreams ( not lucid)
    Do you know if this is normal, shivering? This won't stop me from trying to Lucid dream however. Hope it will get better this night,
    this was kind of my first nightmare since approximately two years

    • @Tipharot
      @Tipharot  7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      The shivering could have just been you feeling the paralysis in a strange manner. If not then it was just a regular nightmare and the shivering was part of that dream and again not something to be concerned about.

      sounds terrifying. but thats what happens during sleep paralysis. Your body is paralized but your brain is still in a dream state so you can see the real world but your mind will make sounds and hallucinations. All your senses work at that time so its completly normal to hear and see things. Just repeat in your head "I made you" or "This is fake i make these creatures" and sometimes they just dissapear. so next time try to calm yourself down.

    • @Pukifruiti
      @Pukifruiti 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Luca Laporte thank you I will try next time, but what is funny is that there weren't any terrifying creatures or monsters, I was hearing my mother coming up the stairs and was imagination her seeing me shivering. very weird feeling and nothing to really be afraid about, but somehow I got terribly anxious and was caught by panic. thanks for your comments!

It seems unrealistic from a human point of view. However the more we discover what was unknown years ago the more I realize this was not too far fetched. The out of body experience was very scary but I quickly came back from total darkness no stars.c]8-O

    congratulations, i don't think astral projection happens in the brain, i think the brain is just decoding the information, is there an astral experience that would prove it either way, just like lucid dreaming set an intention and then maybe get some questions answered, thanks for sharing your experience.

    • @gerryhambridge
      @gerryhambridge 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I thought i might add that our waking life is all just happening in our brains, the brain just decodes our five senses, so is reality real lol

    • @Tipharot
      @Tipharot  7 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Indeed, that's more or less my take on it. When I say I believe it's happening in our brain, I mean that activity is still going on in our brain to make sense of the experience - just like when we're awake, when we meditate, when we lucid dream, etc. The way I see it, we are all interconnected consciousness, and the brain is a little like a pair of glasses that this experience of consciousness is being filtered through. :)

    • @gerryhambridge
      @gerryhambridge 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      without the brain we are physically dead, then where is the info decoded? 😉

    so about 5 minutes ago I attempted to astral project, I am pretty sure I was successful or at least a little successful, I ended up rolling out of my body, (it definitively felt much more realistic than a lucid dream), it only lasted about a minute because I was scared it could have been real life and I didn't want to seem like an idiot to everyone else in my house so i woke myself up then got disappointed that I was actually for what I know asleep, the only weird thing was my vision, it wasn't hard to see, everything was just different.

    I’ve watched this video before but the last time I watched this was before I APed. I’ve only had three short experiences, and they were short because I didn’t know I was supposedly to get away from my body quickly, and I just stood in this darkness and I felt very tired and confused. I actually felt a strange transition immediately after this, maybe the transition to a regular dream?
    Anyway, I know you said that you don’t think you can AP through WILD or lucid dream through the rope method. The weird thing is, for me what caused me to have my very first AP was WILD. My first AP was completely unintentional because I was trying to lucid dream via WILD. Honestly I’m just more confused than anything, because on the r/astral projection sub, tons of people talk about using WILD aro AP. I suppose they may be talking about the method you use where you go into a lucid dream and wake back up in SP, and experience the vibrations immediately, but either way I unintentionally projected because I was certain and intending to lucid dream.

    1st nice videos. 2nd you mention all the time that things where better when you were meditating at night and when you changed it to morning meditation you lost clarity, stability,less LDs so a question rises. Why do you still keep your meditation for the morning? What is better for you to keep it in the morning? Where you getting more SPs or something please clarify this cause it doesn't make any sense saying it was better meditating at night and not doing it. Keep on LDing and YouTubing!!!

    Hi tipharot i have an experience in mind to know if it's just in your mind or if you really go out of your body in the real world!
    Before going to sleep, in another room, roll a dice on your table for example, in the living room, but don't watch the result, then when you astral project during the night go watch the result and then whe you wake up in the morning, see if the number's the same

  • @server333
    @server333 7 ปีที่แล้ว

    if you can see whats happening in the physical world then you are not in the astral^^
    Apparently there is something like an astral body that your consciousness shifts into.
    However if you have no body at all while your out of body experience you are just your consciousness^^
    Most people go straight to some other body(astral or whatever) when they shift but I end up a swirling consciousness without any body aswell.
    Its actually good to know that its not just meXD

      I've done it before in 2015, and so decided to make videos sharing the ways I managed to do it - because I thought they might help others who'd been struggling like me. I didn't get to do much in those projections though because they ended so quickly - so lately I've been determined to learn how to do it again so I can actually get to the stage where I have more information to offer on the subject. This projection was the first step in that direction, so I'm quite excited!

      Tipharot yeah why is that ?
      this last time I had a astral projection I woke up at 4 I didn't set my alarm . I was up for 10 min then I tried to fall back asleep but with all the knowledge I have now and I can easily distinguish certain vibrations and it was in that moment I knew I was getting the vibrations so instead of falling asleep I meditated and like that I felt my soul float away and I was in space . but what felt like hours in my astral projection was just a hour in the real world I woke up at 6:20 but boy did I have a adventurous astral projection.

  • @10personalitiesguy
    @10personalitiesguy 7 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    your idea about all of us being connected as ONE, and any given individual not being able to leave his body because he/she is not an individual soul, is VASTLY WRONG. If this were true , there would be world peace all around as everyone would love each other and hurting others would cause pain to those who do the hurting. That is a FANTASY. in REALITY, we are all ALONE in our bodies, each of us have our own independent missions in life and our own seperate souls. to master ASTRAL PROJECTION you must first realize THIS FACT BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN BEGIN TO ATTEMPT IT: BELIEF IN THE SOUL OF ANY INDIVIDUAL RESIDING WITHIN A VESSEL CALLED THE HUMAN BODY.AND THE SOUL HAS UNLIMITED ACCESS TO REALMS BEYOND THIS REALITY.EACH SOUL IS SEPERATE FROM OTHER SOULS RESIDING IN OTHER VESSELS, THERE IS NO "WE ARE ALL ONE". well, you can believe what you want of course, but my point is that mastery of astral projection demands knowing certain things as they truly are in order to progress effectively in your projections. This belief system may be blocking your progress....
