I have the same attukal (stone grinder). I can literally grind batter within 10 to 15 min faster than electric grinder. The best thing is that the batter doesn't get heat up while grinding which makes idli much softer than the batter made in electric grinder. Second, there is no electric bill 😂😂. Third, little bit shoulder exercise 🤣🤣.
i am looking for the stone, where the handle would be carved out like a ball, so one can hold and grind. these with the wooden handles come off very easily and it becomes unusable. can you please help.
