Once, a few decades ago (long before today's automatic driving safety systems), while I was driving a minivan at about 50MPH (the road's speed limit), I had to swerve left to avoid a slow-moving vehicle that had inexplicably, suddenly, crossed from the opposite side of the road that I was on and had driven right in front of me. There was no time to significantly slow down. Had I not swerved, I would have hit that vehicle with a speed differential of perhaps 30MPH. Luckily there was no one beside me when I swerved (left) and there was no accident.
In a similar situation in the near future, hopefully an advanced AI equipped with lidar would instantaneously check for nearby traffic, signal, etc. and successfully avoid an accident.
Sometimes, however, an accident may be unavoidable no matter what, in which case the best that could be achieved would be to reduce the severity of an unavoidable accident...

Looks more dangerous 😂😂😂. No indication, warning lights and changes lanes with speed

It wouldn’t course correct in this way if there was something there.
