As an around the house welder, I really appreciate it when you explain things like the diamond cut out and such. I learn a great deal by watching (and rewatching) and listening to you. It absolutely amazes me what you can do in your shop. You make the complex look simple.

Paul, you remind me of him in the fact that you could build anything you set your mind to. Papa Dar's Jeep is gonna be a bada$$ too. By the way,...Papa Dar is suppose to be taking it easy. Looks like he might be over-doing it since he didn't take a nap this time. I'm shaking my forefinger at you Papa Dar!! ;-)

Electrical issues, I recently cut the nose of a 93 ZJ and from the axle back off of a boat trailer. ZJ meet boat trailer. ZJ trailer, meet XJ, your new camping buddy. XJ pulling a ZJ gets tons of looks. And the ZJ is the perfect amount of room for sleeping, removed all the seats, dash, and steering wheel, put a sink in the front left corner where the dash was and 2 propane ' burners about where the drivers seat was. Perfect little camper for me and my lady.

Hey Paul, for future reference when you need to remove sound deadening from a chassis. Use dry ice. You just crush it up and spread it over the sound muffling and use a folded up packing blanket to insulate it and direct the heat up and out of the work piece. Then you just chisel it up, EXACTLY LIKE peanut brittle

Another great vid, WHEW! I was hoping we would get to see the process of cutting the wrangler in half. I noticed in the background, that the job had already been done in the the tank repair video. The motivation to start my CJ7 rebuild came from watching your vids. It would be easier to do with a shop like yours with all the tools. I hope to bring the CJ down to your area of State when I get it finished. Maybe get stuck, (intentionally) in a very precarious situation, then call on the dynamic duo YOTA AND BANANA for a rescue. Ha Ha That would be an expensive T shirt.
