I’ve got one of these. When I put it in my C port in ipad the blue light comes on but I have no idea how to access what’s on the sd card in it. Any advice, please.

Can I do this the other way around? That is I have mp4 files on my usb drive that i want to transfer to an Amazon fire tablet 8
