Good to see you uploading again! You’ve taught me a lot about knives, the community and the hobby as a whole. I think we all would even appreciate a 5 minute video saying hey how are you.
I've always enjoyed your videos more than a lot of other's channels, one thing I always love to see is how your knives are well used and all have common themes. That "shop knife" endura I've never forgotten about, ha. I also feel like I relate to that feeling of getting "busy" and not making videos after a few months even if you had time for it. Weird. Always appreciate new videos from you though, no matter the type of content, because most people that subscribe, subscribe for and like the person more than any of the content.
Honestly I don't care if you make one video a year I'd still watch it. I learned more from your videos than anyone else's as far as how knives actually work and what not. That knowledge has been invaluable as I've been getting further and further into this hobby.

I am way behind on videos too, but like you, I am happy with my collection, and don’t really have a desire to go out and buy anything. In fact, I am trying to move some things that just sit around. As far as direction goes, make whatever videos you want, and keep your name. Do what makes you happy. BTW- I agree with you on the social media thing. I’ve logged out of Facebook, and the only communication that I have is through IG. Trying to limit that too. Family first, work second, everything else next. Have a great day brother!
This style video, and the quick videos you do in your vehicle are the ones I prefer. I love the combination of knife and life videos. I would much rather see a quick 5-15 minute video a few times a week, just talking about knives and family, than a perfectly edited how to video. Show us your edc, ramble about the kids, whats going on, I love it. I love the family first theme, sweetened up with good carry items along the way. Just my thoughts.

I would say make a video about what ever you're feeling passionate about at that given moment whether it's a new knife or a new brand of shoe laces that you just found . As long as you are passionate about what you are talking about the video will always be worth making .

Don't only do knives. You're a cool guy its fun to relax and watch one of your videos whatever you're doing, game boy, cubes etc doesnt matter. Do whatever makes you feel like turning on the camera

Would love to see creating forced patina’s on brass and copper, maybe doing electric ano on the cheap or how to do pattern ano with stickers, paint, sponges, brushes . Thanks for the video! I'm not your oldest subscriber, but since you've been gone, I have watched the majority of the videos on your channel. In my opinion, if doing a different style of video that you enjoy making means that we have regular content to watch, then I think that will make more viewers happy than posting 1 video per month of content that you don't enjoy making.
You should try doing a live feed here or there. Keep putting out the ramble vids...don't ever stop putting those out even if it's once every 3 months lol. But I think a live feed every now and then will let you get stuff in more often and show off the family a little bit.

About the cussing, "adults" who can't handle certain words, are not adults at all. Forget those kinds of people, they aren't worth having around. Kids won't mind either, so it's a win win.
Life gets in the way lots of times and this is a hobby and a pass time. Some guys have made it a successful business like the crazy Russian hacker and that’s great for them. I’ll throw a video up if I have the time and the worthy content. But much more often than not, I simply don’t have the ability to pull off a video because the phone is too bulky or I have no way to hold it up or something unexpected happens ten minutes in that ruins it. Or a call comes in and I forgot to put it in airplane or something and the video gets interrupted and I get pissed and can’t recover.
