What a really interesting video, it's lovely to see a young couple so into their Saabs. I go hillwalking and mountaineering all over Scotland in my Saab convertible and on the rare occasion you pass another Saab, especially the convertables you get a wave, thumbs up and a flash of the lights.
Very enjoyable video. Great filming and editing as usual. I do love those Independence edition 9-3s, fabulous colour and wonderful interior 😍😍 Very jealous.
We feel so lucky to have met Olly and Lauren to get a hands on experience of these cars. So glad you loved our video! Hope you enjoy our past and future content !
My 2011 9-3 TTid has shown a maximum of 47.8mpg over around 700 miles per month but usually it's around 46.something, that is almost all of B roads though. It's also a estate but the turbo edition made by Spyker. It does have a Maptun tune on it though so it's putting out around 220 Bhp and its also an automatic. My first Saab ( first car really ) was a 95 V4 estate back in around 1988.
@@philstaples8122 love this sort of detail man! Thanks for the comment loving the sound of that Maptun performance! Great to have one from the (albeit short) Spyker era!
WOW! 1,000 views in just one week!!! Thankyou everyone dearly!!

@@jasonmorrisby169 thanks so much we loved this episode - both beautiful examples!

@@isakeriksson1183 now I’ve seen them in the flesh I have to agree. The rarity of them makes them all the more desirable. Perhaps one day…!
Brilliant video Peter, great videography and Olly was incredibly knowledgeable on their beautiful Saab's. Well Done.

Thank you. I bought it brand new, I only drive it during the summer, I want to preserve and maintain the car for coming decades.
