THANK YOU!! to the overwhelming majority who enjoyed this video.
-- "It is a shame that you are heading away from instructional videos and heading towards camera work." This is the 19th "music video" style video that I've done. It's not the first one and won't be the last one. I don't like to make the same video style over and over and over. Sometimes I use a lot of fast forward and sometimes I use no fast forward. Sometimes I use music and sometimes I don't. Sometimes I want a video to show inspiration and sometimes I want a video to show information. I'm just having fun :)

Awesome to see you posting again Jay and you've definitely not lost the touch!
I think I would have been tempted to put a small crossbar brace on the bottom that would be hidden by the wood you placed in with clamps over the top. Then again unless someone is doing something stupid it shouldn't ever end up being compressed between the two sets of legs enough to pop out so yeah probably overkill. Looks cleaner without it.
I guess I'm just used to living with people who take the 'I wonder if I can...' motto to heart too much so a little overengineering is normally a wise idea. :3

Ive built two 2x4 sitting benches from your 3 yr old video.
The first was when I first saw the vid; then i built a chair using the same plans, but the cross-seats and back was cut at 24 inches.
Anyway the point is, i built one that week and sold it from my in-door mall booth for 49.99!
