  • Today's video is about maximizing your ability to score takedowns utilizing your opponent's pressure.
    Pressure is the key to most takedowns.
    In a perfect world we always use our opponents pressure in order to secure easier takedowns (although it's not a perfect world).
    Whether it's BJJ or Wrestling, learning to use your opponents momentum will make your life a lot easier.
    In this video I break down how to get an easy over-tie snap, but in all honesty, this strategy works well for just about any takedown, with few exceptions.
