Well that’s a big no for me. Once again no place for coats, boots, hats, etc. I’m assuming this house plan is for somewhere where there isn’t winter as there is no place to put all the gear you need to wear when it’s snowy and below zero.
Too many exterior doors. Needs freezer space in pantry

This plan has many assets, like the large pantry/laundry room and the upstairs mezzanine. But it has lapsed back regarding two features that most video plans have corrected: the lack of a place for coats and footwear at the entry, and the TV high over the fireplace. Both, however, are details that can be easily fixed. In general, this is a good plan.

Хороший дом для семьи. Продуманная планировка. Но я бы поменяла местами на 1 этаже: санузел перенесла к постирочной, а кладовку под лестницу
Thank you for watching and commenting . That toilet is for guests so I don't make a big space.
@@LAMDDesignStudio можно отделить под туалет лишь часть постирочной. Работая на кухне, там где еда, наблюдать прямо напротив стола, людей, выходящих из туалета, не самое приятное самое

Wow! 3 BR, 3.5 bath home under 1500 sq ft! Very nice job. Bedrooms are a bit small but workable. I really like this smaller floor plan! The kitchen is the only place I would make changes and those would be minor.
