Nice home with 3 BR, 3 bathrooms, great open floor plan. Although I like the separation of the bedrooms, it’s left the main living area rather dark and I don’t want sky lights at all. I like the office too. Probably not the home for us, but I still like it.

This plan was posted before. My suggestion was that if the office is not necessary, the entry could be in that space along with a generous coat closet, and then the living room could extend to the front with large windows. I also suggested that the bunk room/bathroom/closet be reconfigured to allow that bedroom access to the bathroom without passing through the living room.

I really like this style of house. The wood, the angles, and the proportions. The main and only real drawback for me is that the main areas (sitting, dining, and kitchen) are “under- windowed”, if that’s a term. I bet there’s a fix in how the entry and office spaces are allocated. Nice work overall.

You commented on the same things that caught my eye. The entry has an area that needs to be better utilized, and the living/dining area is essentially without windows. If the office were not a priority, the entrance could be there, allowing for large windows into an expanded living room. At the same time, perhaps the front bedroom (bunk room) could be reconfigured so that it has access to the bathroom without going through the living room. But overall, this is a good plan.

New Approach: comments as I go.
Could dishwasher placement be shifted to the other side of the sink to be closer to cabinets and drawers?
Some doors to separate master bed, closet and bath, with a properly enclosed shower. save on cleanup time.
Kid's bedroom, sharp design!!
Would prefer rea; walls for laundry and lose the window. Possibly add a door to keep separate from kitchen, visually.

Очень странно, что из детской надо делать крюк, чтобы дойти до туалета. Ладно днем, но ведь дети и ночью встают. В кухне явно окон, а в гостиной их категорически не хватает. Ставить гостевую спальню между постирочной и санузлами тоже довольно некомфортный вариант. Концепыия дома не плоха, но планировка явно нуждается в доработке
