The kitchen is quite small, with very little counter space and odd backsplash windows. There is a back wall that could be used for counter and cabinets. The guest toilet and sink are in two very separate compartments! It appears that the laundry room is an afterthought tacked on to the house. The upstairs bathroom is huge, with plenty of space to put a separate shower stall.
I felt like I was in a maze as watching this video. Did I miss a laundry room? And that kitchen is too tight and could be enlarged wit a breakfast nook and the room next to it with just a sofa could be a formal dining area. I might like it but as the floor plan rolled through too fast to stop and look for the laundry room or get a real feeling of the floor plan flow. Maybe the home is disjointed just like this video?
The laundry room is arranged behind the house and it has been shown inside the video. Sorry for the inconvenience. The kitchen will be more airy if the common room is removed at night. I'll try in the next videos. Thank you for waching.

Pretty on the outside but not on the inside. Inside doesn’t flow and is badly designed especially the kitchen and guest toilet area. The kitchen isn’t made for cooking or baking as there is no storage and the counter space is almost non-existent. It seems so jumbled on the inside.
