सावधान रहें : पूरा सोच विचार करने के बाद ही कोई पैसा दें, किसी कारणवश अगर आपको निर्णय बदलना पड़ा तो आप कोई पैसा वापिस नहीं ले पाएंगे चाहे कानून कितना भी आपके पक्ष में हो । मैं पिछले चार महीने से EOI के तौर पे जमा किए पांच लाख रुपए वापिस लेने के लिए कोशिश में लगा हूं, पर बार बार याद दिलाने पर भी गोदरेज पाम रिट्रीट नोएडा मेरा पैसा वापिस नहीं कर रहे जबकि RERA कानून मेरे पक्ष में है। यहां तक की वो कोई जवाब भी नहीं दे रहे हैं । अब कोर्ट में जाना ही एकमात्र उपाय है, लेकिन वो भी एक खर्चीली और लंबी प्रक्रिया है ।

They are not trustworthy for us any more as they are not even responding to our request for refund of EOI. At least we deserve to be heard. Such an customer unfriendly and looting company. We have not spared any platform for last 5 months but they don't even respond. But we will continue to make people aware about their unprofessional behaviour.

Be aware that they don't return the EOI money if you change your mind even before an agreement, I am yet to get refund of Rs 5 Lakh paid by me on 10-10-2021 for Godrej Palm Retreat Sector 150 Noida
