I am from Kasauli. This project is Highly overpriced at 5.8 Cr. You can easily buy same sized piece of land in a much better location for less than 1 Cr(inclusive of commercial Construction Fee to be paid for an outside buyer) and the construction+Furnishing won’t cost you more than 1.5cr.
Can outsiders buy land and house in Himachal???

As an outsider, you can buy roadside commercial land auctioned by Municipal Corporation, use a part of that land (i.e. ground floor or front) for commercial construction such as shop or paid parking and then use upper floors or backside for residential construction.

The house is spacious.. but I can’t help notice steel sink in that kitchen.. could have been a nice ceramic farmhouse sink
Farmhouse ceramic sinks are prone to Crack easily. For example if you put any heavy pressure cooker on leisure fashion it will crack and then you have to replace whole sink. Personal experience.

House on a mountain is always prone to landslides and soil erosion by rainwater and once the builder sells they wont be seen for maintenance. With the extreme weather events its risky proposition.
It is for the people who make money from the blood of poor indians....... and they will never stay in such house for longer BUT FOR ILLEGAL ENJOYMENTS. They are POLI..T. NS. AND THEIR SETHS.
Bro it's been made my TATA housing and on a well structured land. And i don't think it's prone to landslides and soil erosion as I live nearby to this place .
