My husband was in a horrible accident and now I’m doing all yard work! Ran out of string last night! My first video I watched was yours thank goodness ❤ you just saved me from lots os frustration 😂
I was yelling and cursing at this thing like I've loaded a trimmer a million times but this was not working then I was like wtf go watch youtube you got to be missing something so thank you this trimmer is even more amazing than I already thought well u till it ran out of string that is
After much confusion, once again 3 minutes on TH-cam with my favorite Tool Review Guy solves the problem. And no more carb problems with the Milwaukee M18 Fuel electric trimmer…thank God!
Thanks for the quick efficient video! One thing I'd like to add: When I took off the cap to remove the bit of old string, I noticed some dried ruffage hanging from the inside of it. I simply twisted it back and forth and tapped it out until it was cleaned out. I'm sure this is helpful for keeping the cap spinning properly for the quick load. I look forward to watching more of your videos, have a wonderful day 😊
Lifesaver 😂. I've been moaning about this trimmer ever since I got it and thinking how have they design something so bad. As soon as you said in the video "you're doing it wrong dude" I knew what you were going to say, worked a treat. Thank you.
@@Barbaratioyeah but echo is the reason I now have this one. It sucks. I had a Husqvarna that I regret selling but it was the best ever. Light, powerful, well balanced, starts easily, never have me any problems. Echo hard to start and feels underpowered, even after changing all the parts and modifying the exhaust.
Made life with my milwaukee survivable brother. I was cursing this things existence lol. Thanks for reading the owners manual and making a video for it man 👍
This Video is the BEST! All these years and I just learned the Right way. This Guy did the video as though I was doing it my self. Easy to Understand, Love the Comedy too. It's Like he's in your Garage showing Ya. 5 STAR Video.

Yes the secret..the secret that is in the manual if you would have only taken the time to read it. That being said, I am here because I am in the same boat lmao! So easy to reload now that I know how to do I correctly haha
Wow thank you so much. I just bought the Milwaukee string trimmer, first time ever owning a string trimmer and I was really frustrated at spooling it by hand. This saved me so much time, thank you!
Oh man hallelujah!!! My husband left town without stringing my weed eater - yes my weed eater not his lol. So I went to TH-cam and wow did it myself in about five minutes. Thank you thank you. And now I can show him because he’s been taking off the cap too.
I new I had to watch a video just like this one, when my new Milwaukee trimer ran out of string. I just bumped into this video it and saw it in advance. Thank you.
I love my Milwaukee trimmer, just loaded mine for the 1st time an hour ago and it's almost TOOOOOOO DAMN EASY....if you are looking to buy a weed whacker, then spend the extra 100 or 150 and buy this one. U will never have to put a spark plug, oil or gas in it. It goes thru batteries kinda fast so I would recommend buying a bigger battery or extra battery, like an 8.0 or bigger if u can. But seriously Milwaukee just makes amazing products, that's why they cost a bit more because they last and they r so user friendly. This is not a paid endorsement, I just love this company and it's products.😎
I couldn’t have said it better. I swear I’m not paid by them or am a bot lol I love milwaukee with all my heart. I’ve made a living off the m18 and some m12 line of tools so I basically owe them my life. Lol
Great video for those who were too thick headed to actually read the 4 page quick start manual that came with the trimmer that explains how to do this.
Thank for showing us. I just got mine today and replaced it with my pivotrim before ever using it. Has a great system and gives 6 strings of cutting. Plus you can add rino blades that quick connect in.
My hero! Thank you so much for showing this helpful video, specifically for the Quik-Lok Trimmer! YAY! I hate to do it WRONG, then admit I'm a dummy when my husband gets home. God-Bless!

perfect timing. great video. i swear the factory worker loaded it up wrong from the purchase. been a hard time using the line trimmer. hopefully not now!
Why does the instruction booklet not tell you this? We've been so close to throwing our line trimmer across the room in frustration. This video has saved us about 40 mins in angry time trying to reload that thing...thank-you
I really needed this tip. Hubs is at work and I couldn't get it to work and all the words have been worn away from use. I still had the red lines though. Thank you sooooo much!
Thank you so much! My husband usually strings it up but I wanted to do some weed whipping when he wasn't home and needed new string this helped tremendously great video thank you.
Cool video. I’m shocked on the comments of people not figuring it out. But not everyone is mechanically inclined and mowing their lawn since they were 10 lol.
Awesome vid DUDE!! just one question, once you're done winding the line, are you suppose to line up the Red lines before operating or does it matter? Thanks 👍🏽

The guys at Milwaukee should get a nobel prize for this kinda innovation
Stihl has been doing this for years nothing new.
Echo has been doing this for years too
